Good Monring , Very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, and the staff came across as unfriendly and uninterested in helping customers. Instead of being available on the floor to assist, staff seemed more interested in sitting in the back of the store. As a customer, you expect at least basic assistance and a welcoming attitude, but unfortunately that was not the case. Definitely not the level of service I would expect. Store location. I recently ordered 5 personalised flasks and the interaction with Jenna in costumer service was outstanding. She understood my needs and went out of her way to get my order processed in time. The flasks are not just flasks, I love how the names and logos are engraved , really cool colour choices, locally made and keep drinks cool for hours.....very happy and highly recommended. Thank you Team Lizzard SA - you guys rock

I recently ordered 5 personalised flasks and the interaction with Jenna in costumer service was outstanding. She understood my needs and went out of her way to get my order processed in time. I bought a flask in March 2023 that became faulty a month or so ago. After simply asking about the lifespan of the flasks, and confirming that it hadn't been bumped or dropped, they simply offered to replace it for me, complete with the engraving. I never asked for a replacement, and am highly impressed.

I had ordered an insulated cup which is ceramic coated on the inside. Lizzard advertises that it does not alter the taste of the drink. I have used it now a couple of times. It is unfortunately changing the taste of the drink, which is coffee in my case. I had sent 2 emails to lizzard onto the advertised email address on the webpage. No response at all! I even tried calling both numbers on the webpage. Both of them do not have any response either. I am very disappointed with my purchase. I will definitely not recommend Lizzard to anyone. This is really bad customer service if a business does not respond at all.
