I've been waiting 3 days for a parcel from Shein to be delivered. And to my dismay I placed an order with Amazon on Monday and they too used DPD Lazer for their parcel. Every morning I get a message that my parcels are out for delivery and every afternoon around 3 I get a message that my parcel could not be delivered because I'm not home and they could not get hold of me by phone. I've been home 3 days in a row waiting for these parcels. I've got no missed calls on my phone. The photo the driver sent their ofdices of the premises is not even my house. Ive phoned their call center numerous times but nobody seems to be able to resolve the issue. I could maybe understand if it was a one time issue but 2 packages from 2 different companies? I would not recommend anyone to use their services.
I bought a univa oven and hob on Takelot in April 2025. Within the first 6 months the oven's enamel started coming off. I called univa and they said they would send someone out to check it but it never happened. December one of the plates stopped working. I e-mailed them but got no response. In January I called and emailed them again In February a technician came to look at the stove and said he will come back to replace the broken plate and took photos of the oven and said someone will get back to me. Needles to say. I've never heard from them again.
Im being billed for a Fibre contract which I don't own. Been trying to get the problem solved for the last 3 weeks and have spoken to over 20 people. Today I got a call saying that I'm in arrears. My cellphone is going to be cut because I can't get anyone to assist me with this issue
I have always received the best service possible in the 9 years that I have been a customer. Claims have always been dealt with fast and efficiently. Thank you Jeanine for helping me amend my policy today. Your kindness work ethics are amazing.
