Excellent customer service
Last week I bought items online and I didn't write the correct address then I called woolworths customer service, and I was assisted by Keasha Jackson. She called woolworths @giyani and arrange with them to have my order delivered there.We need people like her in customer service ❤️❤️

Unhappy customer
I went to KFC with my son while he was still deciding what he want I was advised to go back that time at the drive thru I was alone Asenathi lacks customer service she didn't tell me how much is my order, she really need to be trained for customer service coz clearly she is lacking.

Pnp protea glen, I bought groceries(Mrd) they accepted my order @13:36 and I received a notification stating that my order was packed 14:06. I reached out to Mrd via WhatsApp @14:40 I was advised that my order will be collected shortly and then at 17:13 called pnp they didn't not answer, I then decided to call Mrd and they said they will check with pnp around 18:50 my order was cancelled 😢 after I waited for more than 3 hours.I think they don't take their costomers crus. Pnp protea glen they are so unprofessional

Angry customer
It's been more than 2 weeks since my insurance approved my claim, they have not started fixing my car every time when I call I will be told that Nomthandazo is busy she will call me back and she doesn't.. Please don't let your insurance company take your car to this panel beater they don't care about their customers u will be wasting your time and airtime everyday doing a follow up with them
