I am writing to complain about the poor service I received at the Protea Glen KFC Fontana branch on 19 April 2026. At the drive-thru, I was told to wait 15 minutes and move out of the lane without clear instructions. After waiting 30 minutes parked elsewhere, I went inside only to find my order was not prepared and later received the wrong order. Poor service

I am writing to complain about the poor service I received at the Protea Glen KFC Fontana branch on 19 April 2026. Unhappy customer
I went to KFC with my son while he was still deciding what he want I was advised to go back that time at the drive thru I was alone Asenathi lacks customer service she didn't tell me how much is my order, she really need to be trained for customer service coz clearly she is lacking.

Poor Service delivery KFC Fontaine Plaza Protea Glen
Poor Service! I ddnt receive my order and KFC is not even interested in assisting with this matter. I placed an order and when I tried to contact the driver who was tasked with delivery, phone went to voicemail, so I tried the KFC Fontaine plaza number and was placed on hold with nobody there to help me with this issue - I'm soo annoyed cause now I ddnt receive my order and no one wants to help me. Poor customer service and experience! I want my refund and I'll take my business elsewhere

Poor Service! I ddnt receive my order and KFC is not even interested in assisting with this matter. THIS IS NOT FIRST ..SECOND..THIRD TIME,,,SHEMMM YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE SUCKSSS... WHY DONT YOU CLOSE THE DELIVERY OPTION AFTER 5 CAUSE YOU ARE NOT CAPABLE OF DELIVERY....
