I am writing to complain about the poor service I received at the Protea Glen KFC Fontana branch on 19 April 2026. At the drive-thru, I was told to wait 15 minutes and move out of the lane without clear instructions. After waiting 30 minutes parked elsewhere, I went inside only to find my order was not prepared and later received the wrong order. Poor service
The Iwyze team, especially Thabisa Mbaliso, stood by me during one of my toughest moments after my car accident. From roadside assistance to claim approval, they showed genuine care, kept me informed every step of the way, and made me feel supported rather than judged, they truly understand what it means to be there when it matters most. 5 stars for relieving me from Anxiety.
