Poor Service and breach of confidentiality
Sent my will for amendment on an email address. Will was amended and sent to a different email address causing a breach in Confidentiality. Called fnb will to sort out. First operator put the phone down on me. Second operator (,Walter) asked the manager to call me on my request. The Manager Naeem Mohammed has failed to call me. Procedure has not been followed with the will process. Disgusting and unacceptable service from fnb wills department.1 reply

Disgusting Service - FNB Law on Call.
Fnb law on call has *********** legal advisors who cannot understand interpret what a valid agreement or contract consists of. Their level of service is disgusting. I laid a complaint this morning on their complaints line. They only responded a minute ago. I do not recommend law on call to anyone out there. I have been paying for law on call for the last 10 years and when you need help for the 1st time , they reject your case.1 reply
