Terrible customer services, bought a new vehicle haval jolion 2025 model had gearbox issue it's have been 3 months the warranty department is ****ed up. Milnerton haval garage is ******. They treated me like an animal on the 8th of May 2026.

Horrible experience with GWM in Brits. I have informed them about the problem with my car which is Haval H2 1.5T reg no. KZZ 004 NW. They agreed with me to send the car as communicated with them. They received my car on the 30th of April 2026.I send the list from my warranty insurance for what was expected from them the reports of affected parts so that they maybe able to pay. When I make a follow up on Monday 14th of May 2026 they told me that they are waiting for parts only to find out they're lying I called today the 13th of May 2026 nothing has been done. I communicated with manager also no response

My headache stems from a horrible experience that persists to happen with my car repairs at BoburgEastrand Mall GWM Haval.My car a florid 2011, (1.5) registered BF 14 SH GP, Car has been in and out of that garage, since January! But what takes the cup of incompetence is when they decided to removed my immobilizer from the car, claiming that it was faulty! When I queried unit was removed without my permission, I was told they take no responsibility or liability because unit was found faulty. This is not true . I have gone to a different place to test and fit the unit that was remived.There is nothing wrong with this unit.It is operational even now after an electrician fitted it back to the car! I complained to to customer care, I was promised that Eugene, the manager, and Malcom, a foreman there, would call me, to find an amicable resolution,that was early April, 2026, nothing has happened.Is all quiet. This is an appalling service.

You need to accept that what you're paying for is what you're getting. The cheap Chinese car is the upside, the downside is the poor service and non-existent feedback from GWM. I sent a complaint to their clearly unattended email address on Monday last week. They haven't got round to responding. Maybe they didn't mean 24 "consecutive" hours to respond....And the alternator they needed to replace on my 9 month old Tank had to be imported. So much for the hype that they have plenty stock available and there wouldn't be a shortage of parts.

I again write of my disappointment with GWM Boksburg.My car issue is not yet resolved My car, a GwM florid, 1.5 not yet fixed.They ordered parts anthe ABS sensor is not the right one after waiting from January 2026, is March 2026 now, Today, 18 March 2026, I found my mycar with it's immobilizer removed by GWM Boksburg.Their explanation is, the car was not starting, so they decided without contacting me to remove the immobilizer and alarm.I only discovered this when collecting the car! Is this how to deal with a client? As I drove home, an EBD light started popping out, boot would not close or lock! These things were not happening before GWM worked on the car! What happened there? From January 2026, even today in March 2026, the car has not been finished yet more things seem to be going wrong now! Can GWM please do things right the first time?

Aftersales service on parts takes weeks going on month Purchased a brand new jolion pro ultra in jan 2026, got into an unfortunate accident and waiting for weeks for parts to be delivered to the approved gwm panel beater and the expectantcy is normal to wait. Dont normalize incompetence on delivering parts from jhb to Durban, which takes hours rather than weeks now. Thought I upgraded from my previous japanese vehicle to Chinese brand with a higher value vehicle and more to offer as brand new, but pathetic aftersales service from all divisions: gwm parts umhlanga and gwm south africa.

I have been in contact with GWM SA on an issue I had with 2 dealers. This was done on 9 Feb 2026. To date even on numerous phone calls, I have not received any feedback from GWM SA. The service is very poor and I feel that this is the last vehicle I buy from them.
