Horrible experience with GWM in Brits. I have informed them about the problem with my car which is Haval H2 1.5T reg no. KZZ 004 NW. They agreed with me to send the car as communicated with them. They received my car on the 30th of April 2026.I send the list from my warranty insurance for what was expected from them the reports of affected parts so that they maybe able to pay. When I make a follow up on Monday 14th of May 2026 they told me that they are waiting for parts only to find out they're lying I called today the 13th of May 2026 nothing has been done. I communicated with manager also no response
