Sacpcmp
Based on recent customer reviews, Sacpcmp is facing significant dissatisfaction from registered professionals and applicants. A recurring theme is unanswered phone calls, dropped queues, and emails that receive only automated acknowledgements. Customers consistently mention long delays in registration processing, missing invoices, and unresolved payment uploads that leave certificates reflecting as invalid. Reviewers frequently express frustration that annual fees are collected promptly while service delivery, feedback on applications, and communication around rejections remain poor. Several describe the experience as unprofessional for a regulatory council governing construction and project management practitioners.

One of the worst services you can ever receive. These people do not respond to emails, their whatsapp, and neither do they answer their phone. When you call this place, you are put in a queue for the longest time, and when you are finally number 1 in the queue, the call suddenly drops. I paid my registration using the statement they sent to me because it referenced an invoice which they never sent to me. For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to get a copy of the invoice so that I can claim reimbur*****t from my employer, it has proved to be more difficult than climbing Mt Everest. After several attempts of getting hold of them over 2 weeks ago someone answered and promised me that they were going to generate an invoice and send it to me within 3-4 working days. I waited patiently and nothing has come through, and since last week I have been trying to call them and each time I get put in the queue and each time I hold for over 40 minutes, and nobody ever attends to me. I have sent emails to both their finance and admin departments, and I have not received a single response, other than the automated response acknowledging receipt of my email. I don't know if they have a shortage of staff or what, their customer service is the worst, all they seem interested in is collecting annual subscription fees. Surely sending an invoice by email can't be a huge task. I am so frustrated right now because honestly speaking there is nothing special that this council offers to members. A lot of people are just registered with them just so that they can practice, otherwise they add nothing of value and do not empower their members with anything tangible. The whole thing feels like a ****, members are taken for granted.

Where do I even begin. I app**** for a job here, had an interview and was told that I was a successful candidate and would receive an offer letter and start date was the 1st of April 2026. I uprooted my life, and moved to Pretoria and to this day I have received and heard nothing from them. To any other candidates please look for work elsewhere, this just shows how *********** and ************* this organisation is. Especially after reading the reviews

I am extremely frustrated with the service from SACPCMP. As of 22 April 2026, I am registered under two categories, and both matters remain unresolved: C.CPM – I app**** for reinstatement in January 2026. To date, I have received no response. I am waiting for feedback in order to make payment, but emails and calls go unanswered. Pr.BInsp – My employer made payment on 30 January 2026. My certificate expired in March, and the payment has still not been uploaded. As a result, my certificate reflects as invalid, despite payment being made. This is unacceptable from a professional regulatory body. The lack of communication and delays are directly affecting my professional standing. This level of service is disappointing and unprofessional.

Do we really need this company (SACPCMP) ??? Utterly unprofessional entity from a so-called professional registration company, they do not provide any feedback, and your registration gets stuck for months, even though the check sheet says it will take 4 weeks to review. Phone calls and email do not work as they do not get back to you, the only reason why they are being used is because it's a requirement to have their certificate that is equal to a piece of toilet paper that has been written on. the way that they are handling my registration will leave me getting my certificate when I am on pension, hope it will be worth something at the old age home in 2036. I can't believe we as Professionals need to deal with such an UN-Professional counsel.
