Nedbank MFC is worse, I went to their branch only to be told that Maria Chidzinga is the only person who can see the clients and she is on lauch these companies they don’t care about their clients. I regret being financed by MFC for my car purchase worse decision of my life.
Nedbank MFC is worse to my surprise they have included an insurance on my motor finance instalment while I have an insurance. This is very bad they are the worse finance motor, this is very bad. Now I have to be double debited while my instalment has increased. This is bad they are the worse. Now I will have to reverse the amount I can’t afford it.
The service is extremely well, and the consultants are very professional

This business is a ****, if you are looking to purchase a car don't even think about them. In fact don't go there very poor customer service and poor financing. My car was financed I send them proof of my insurance and they still send me a letter saying that they want to add vehicle cover, for what I don't know. Please assist those who have knowledge when you want to take the car back cause honestly I can't be reap off like this.
This Multichoice thing will be the end of us no wonder people are cancelling they are so bad. I have been trying to downgrade my package telephonically and every time they accept but come month end the amount that I am suppose to pay do not change they keep on charging me the same amount worse of it all they reduce the channels not amount. This company is very bad with customer service
MultiChoice is horrible. What a bad company. They don't have consideration for the customer who is paying for their services. They could not explain this DPP: decoder plan they have included in my credit profile, someone called me after I explained to them they promised to come back to me until now they have not responded or revert back to me. I then call the customer service the lady advised me to go to any outlets which is Multichoice accredited they will give me a letter to state I don't owe nor have created this plan. I went to the outlets, in Alex Mall they said they can't assist. Now I am at the Head Office, still they can't explain when I request the letter I am told to wait for 48 hours because they have to still escalate. This company is horrible.
I am bitterly disappointed I see DPP: DECODER PAYMENT PLAN in my credit profile, something I have not app**** for or am currently using as I am on monthly payments, which does not have a plan like this in my account for Dstv. Why is Multichoice doing this? Because of all the services I have, I am paying monthly. I want this to be corrected because I do not have this and have not app**** this.
