Lack of equipament
I took my vehicle to Supaquick Vanderbijlpark for wheel balancing and rotation. They fastened the wheel nuts with a wheel nut spanner and reported the job done. I requested them to use a torque wrench and was surprised that they said their wrench is defective.

Please be aware that as they communicate at the time the order is placed. Communication ends as soon as payment is made and they do not respond to e-mails and they do not answer their cellphone. Please be aware. I will seek legal advise and will certainly spent any amount to see to it that they sent the items paid for. I also started a dispute resulotion with my financial institution to reverse the transaction.
