Bad service on refunds of undelivered shoes
I bought a pair of shoes online on 07 June 2025 and a few days after making payment I was informed that the shoes were not in stock. I am struggling to get my refund for the undelivered shoes. I was given the email address that no one responds to or acknowledges.

Terrible service from Vodacom and Vumatel fibre after relocation
I relocated my Vodacom metro fibre in December 2023 and because there is no metrofibre in my complex, Vodacom transferred my fibre to vumatel. That was the beginning of my nightmare. For the past 12 months with speed and poor connectivity. I am paying more for the contract with Vodacom vumatel than I was with metrofibre. The speed was supposed to be 50 mbps upload and download compared to 25 mbps upload and download for metrofibre. Vodacom Vumatel never lived up to expectations and have wasted my money this year. I cannot wait for my contact to expire so I can cancel. The speed test most of the time was 2.72mbps upload and 0 mbps download and we had to rely on my pocket router tor connectivity. I have never logged a call with Vodacom for metrofibre since I took a contract with them because it was the best and it’s unfortunate that it is only Vumatel in my complex. I have been logging calls almost every month since January 2024 with speed and/ poor connectivity problems with the last one being on 10 December 2024. (Six)6 days later and after several follow ups Vodacom have not send a technician and there in no indication of when that will happen except their promise to escalate. My children struggled with attending online classes this year because of this nightmare and are bored now that it is school holidays because their is no internet connection.

Poor unstable network
I regret agreeing for Vodacom to migrate me from metro fibre to vumatel when I was relocating as there was no metro fibre in the new area. This is the worst performing network. It’s supposed to perform at 50 mbps and it’s unstable, very slow. Working from home is a nightmare as am disconnected most of the time and rely on my data. I cannot wait to for my contract to expire so I can terminate the service.
