Damn black company ****ming black people
There is a company called zig kwande not even sure who is that and where is the offices. I apparently took a loan from them 2 loans .how was I given not sure.and they further on Blacklisted me .for what I don't know don't even have a trace of 2 loans in my bank . I am currently unemployed and don't know how was I given a loan I don't believe in this day and time there is a black owned company busy ****ming other black people for their own feed. I googled and all the numbers and contact on internet not working .I wish someone from ****** zig kwande can contact.me and explain

This company is a disaster in the making . After being told I my deceased daughter will remain the beneficiary.alternatively I must put my 15 years old son as a beneficiary. The only question I had was what happens if my son or I are unable to reach 55 years. I was told money goes to government coffus. Now I want to switch from their company to another .no response

Bank that doesn't value clients
I am so disgusted by the service at absa Till today no paid up letter which I complained about .response was promptly sent that they will attend to the.matter.i am lost for words at how they treat their clients

I have invested lots of money with ninety one My beneficiary was my late daughter whom I just buried 2 weeks back.when I call them to cancell spoke to a lady called Sheryl .who said I am not entitled to the money I worked for until I am 55 years.yes but if it so happen I don't get to that age what happens is money go to estate which is the government coffus to maintain SA.i tried to explain I have lots of things which needs to be done but no money I need to use that money.she blatantly refused and told me of government legislation which to me is a fancy language that government will then chow the money I worked hard for I see them as ****** as this was never explained to me .I mean my beneficiary is late and I no longer want to invest with them as they don't even give report on how progressive is your investment Apparently the call centre had no supervisor so they are just working . I need them money I worked for from this stupid company .I fail to understand as I paid tax prior to investing .and now I should be in content with the fact that I work my ass off for government to chow .pheeeew SA

Poor adminstation in a big bank
I have been owing Absa money for over draft They were quick to put my name on credit beaur. I paid the account in full in 2024 April was promised paid up letter in 6 weeks. It is now 2026 I have been requesting for paid up letter for more than 3 weeks again. Instead am being sent from pillar to post My message is forever referred to consultant

Rude indrive driver
On the 29/03/26 I requested a ride from Soweto to Soweto .had an emergency upon realising driver is 13 Min and I opted for nearer Transport as this was matter of life and death . Notified driver in 2 min which means he had 11 minutes to get to my place .but he responded me with insults did not even have enough money to pay and realized after as I am an 85 years old lady but driver called me a ***** . threatened that he will report me .called me a ***** who sleeps with all men including nigerians.i did respond telling him language is offensive but did not appreciate that a child could call me all those nasty things .I have a couple of chronic conditions including the heart and I found no empathy from an indrive driver instead verbal abuse Driver name MC driving kj 99 zz GP ford eco sport green . I would not recommend indrive to any one

Pizza ****mers
In the 14 March I ordered pizza from debonair which amounted to R244 including delivery. I paid with a card .the delivery guy said it declined and I paid cash . Upon checking my bank statement I realized they double charge me .card never decline and he also took cash .he never provided a decline slip.As a client that always order from them I never thought I could be ****med like that . So instead of R244 I paid R488 for pizza

**** trusted shop
On the 19 of November I bought groceries at spar Lyttleton.when I got to the till .this cashier tells me my bank card is declining .I was rushing time as it about 16:44 hence I just decided to make transfer and pay . When I got home it appears they charged me R637.88 twice.when I enquired with my bank they confirmed even submitted a screen short .when I call spar I seem to be getting a run around as they ask for my account number .I tried to explain gave them a date a till sleep with the name Josephine matlala.but I was not given a declined slip I I fact was told they throw them away.so I can't claim through my bank making them not pay twice they said they will pay as long as PSA is claiming . When I check my statement a week later transaction is still not appearing. My question is can't they trace using the information I gave to them .I am on the other side scared to provide them with my bank account as already I feel ****med by the trusted shop. But my money nothing till date

Unfairly treated.double debit and ******
I am a long standing client with warranty solutions spoke to farhanab who confirmed my premium .they further went on to confirm via email. Due to me signing up they have my banking details.out of nowhere my account has been double debited not sure why as no call received that premium will move from R441.00 to almost R1300 .Total of R823 has been taken without my knowledge. It is so sad because not even once have I not paid them even when they unfairly pay the service R6500.00 But I as a client feel I have been ****** and ****med by the company I thought is assisting I am awaiting your earliest response as I do need my money back

Big company,misled community
In the 20th of September 2025 I received a voucher and I was told I won .due to the day being weekend everyone who is anyone took my contact details and I was made to believe I will be contacted on Monday.Come Monday no contact was made .till date no voucher won or redeemed..The compensation was yfm/Vodacom unlock summer .I was never told it is all an act .I instead was told for me to win I have to buy data Vodacom. For R100 had to spend the last money I had cause I thought such a big company like Vodacom will never mislead people,worse I have been using the network for more than 15 years.
