Had a double charge issue on Jungle Aquatics payment gateway, so although the order was delivered there was a matter of either product or refund for the double charge. Special shout out to Chevelle for stepping into the rescue and getting this resolved a.s.a.p. Appreciate the support!!
Like many other reviews, I’m experiencing issues with parcels being repeatedly marked as ‘out for delivery’ and then returned to the depot, day after day, for over a week. It seems impossible to speak to anyone about this, no matter which method I try, Including emails to customer service management. I really hope that Fastway realizes the logistical challenges they have and improves their service.
I bought a generator online on 04 June 2023 in preparation for load shedding from the StrubensValley branch. Two week ago I got a call to say it will be ready for collection 10 July 2023. Today I get an email stating that the supplier will only get stock in another 14 working days from today 07 July 2023. That means, IF the stock arrives at the supplier it will take a few more days. I think 2 Months for a order is a very disappointing experience and am wondering if the goods will ever materialize.
I ordered a Generator from Alliant Power on 11/04/2023. Since Paying 50% deposit for the Generator the delivery date was moved out twice spanning three weeks. Alliant Power has since stopped responding to my WhatsApp's and Email messages enquiring as to when to expect delivery. To Date I have no delivery and I am out of Pocket
I ordered a Yeastar S100 PBX and Makro online store attempted to deliver a Parrot S100 paper shredder, the order was partnered with FirstShop as the fulfillment supplier, so really it is questionable where to really place the blame, naturally I rejected the delivery and sent the parcel back with the courie. I am in the process of trying to address this with Makro online and will post reviews as I go, but so far it is not really an order I am happy about. I have ordered previously with Makro online and if they have stock on hand the deliveries were correct and a little ahead of their 2-5 days estimations for fulfillment. Let's see, will keep you all posted.
Normally we write reviews about companies when we are frustrated, angry or have a sense of loss, these reviews in turn help other people avoid similar pitfalls in choosing companies, brands or services. In this respect Hello Peter provides and excellent review platform tolerating the sometimes emotional responses of frustrated customers and in some cases a type of release mechanism for allowing us to air our views and vent. The reason I have given Hellopeter only 2 stars is that over the many years, and I am sad to say in most cases where I needed to vent over bad services and losses, is that it seems most companies do not respond to any complaints laid by people in this platform. This lack of responses from companies then leads to serve us the public in avoiding pitfalls through learnings or experiences of people who experienced problems and does not help us resolve issues whe have with the respective companies for which bad ratings are given. It then appears as if Hellopeter has no gravitas in the market place with companies and that these other companies whom receive bad reviews ,by enlarge either don't know about Hellopeter or simply ignore the bad reviews as they are not graced by any responses. If I read the reviews of Hellopeter itself there is a trust metric of 8.1 percent , a very good rating indeed stemming for the service of a platform that allows us to voice our positive or negative views on many factors of experiences, however I challenge you Hellopeter to score the same ratings in terms of responses , assistance and co-operation from reviewed companies that show your platform has gravitas in the business places to maybe help your reviewers get their issues addressed and resolved.
In today's times it is rare to find excellence of service delivery. We often only write reviews when we feel a sense of loss, frustration or anger. This review is because The Courier Guy has consistently delivered excellence and cost effective services, they have always gone the extra mile and are extremely efficient and fast with all their collections and deliveries. Even in difficult scenarios where collections have to be rescheduled their commitment in arriving in time and mostly ahead of time is admirable together with excellent communication to their customers is commendable. Well done The Courier Guy!!!!!
With the advent of the post office dying a few years ago most of us changed to the services of courier companies. I recently ordered a item on eBay's platform and took care to ensure eBay's global shipping program was used that guarantees a courier will be used, having no choice of courier this ended up being Aramex. As of last week Wednesday the pre-cleared parcel arrived in South Africa, and it took Aramex a day to transport the item between their various depot's. On Friday a day later everything was on track and the parcel was out for delivery, this is where the proverbial wheels began to fall off as by 12:00 there was no delivery, I contacted their customer services and inquired, I was assured the parcel was out for delivery. By 20:00 that evening I saw the tracker stated failed delivery due to customer not being available for delivery, which was not true, I called customer care again the following day, the reason I was given was Aramex had too many parcels to deliver and too many collections and the driver did not have enough capacity to meet this before close of business and that the parcel was yest again out for delivery. On Saturday I again enquired around late morning as no parcel arrived, I left the note for the driver to contact me again with customer services who again reassured me the parcel would be delivered on Saturday. At 20:00 Saturday evening after no delivery and no call from the driver, their tracking systems stated the parcel is now rescheduled to the next business day, now being Monday., With no reason given. I am sure that this parcel is by now either lost or stolen or so badly battered that there will be no happy ending to this story. Having read the other very recent bad reviews it seems that yet another great company is cracking at the seams and is unable to meet its obligations. Having looked at whether all the previous reviews were responded to it seems that it is pointless giving reviews on hello Peter as there is no responses from Aramex to these complaints on hello Peter and I question what value hello Peter brings to the table for resolution other than just warning us of bad companies we should not use or buy from.
On average it is 4 to 6 months to get your order, First order I placed the items received were of much lesser quality and not the correct model, they granted a "in store credit", I am 2-3 months in now waiting for the next order
WHS supplied half the capacity of Lithium batteries purchased, apart from the interface LED's not working, communications interfaces not working, no user manuals and complete absence of communication cables, then agreed to provide replacement batteries to make up the shortfall following absolute drain test evidence being supplied to them. The service is terrible as they do not answer the single working telephone number they have, and now up to now still not fulfilled their obligations as well as no longer taking calls from me. In desperation I have now had to follow legal counsel in an attempt to have WHS fulfill on their obligations with performance. In my personal capacity and opinion DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.
