Excellent, Fantastic, Brilliant Service from Jungle Aquatics * * * * *
We purchased 5 items including a decent UV canister filter Our order done online on Sunday night, keeping in mind Monday was a public holiday Well, our items was delivered to our door today and we are in KZN, 25 km rural This is absolutely Brilliant Service If I could, I will award 6 stars Excellent Service Thank you

We purchased 5 items including a decent UV canister filter Our order done online on Sunday night, keeping in mind Monday was a public holiday Well, our items was delivered to our door today and we are in KZN, 25 km rural This is absolutely Brilliant Service If I could, I will award 6 stars Excellent Service Thank you

Warranty period not published
The pump I purchased was excellent value and worked well. Then suddenly it failed this week ,1 month short of warranty expiry ! No where on website nor invoice is warranty listed. What a pity.

Had a double charge issue on Jungle Aquatics payment gateway, so although the order was delivered there was a matter of either product or refund for the double charge. Special shout out to Chevelle for stepping into the rescue and getting this resolved a.s.a.p. Appreciate the support!!
