I have really been disappointed with Daniel Wellington. Ordered a ring for a gift and it was the incorrect size. Was told I couldn't change it in store and it needed to be couriered. I've done so and a month later still no refund and emails are not rep**** to!!! What shocking service!
I have been emailing TFG Retail (Bash) for a few weeks now. Some of my payments do not reflect for some reason and I've requested a statement which just never comes through! I'm really tired of emails back and forth!
I am continuously having issues with my TFG account. Payments made and not being allocated to my account. Interest gets added along with fees that are irrelevant. Emails are automated and I don’t seem to be getting anywhere.
I have ordered once from Uber Eats which was a terrible experience and we never ended up getting our take aways. We have now been debited in two occasions from UBER EATS which are not our transactions. Our bank has suggested dealing directly with UBER EATS but there does not seem to be anything online offering contact details. This is ***** and I would like to take it further.
I have had the worst experience with Momentum Multiply and this is not the first time! We are encouraged to buy vouchers online which I did (Woolworths). R4000 was deducted from my account and I was never furnished with the vouchers. I have called, emailed, chatted in WhatsApp help line and this has still not been resolved. I continuously get asked for the same details. More than provide my bank statements showing this debit, I can’t do. Momentum continues to paint a picture of great savings and deals yet when one tries to take advantage of these, we need to jump through hoops!
I have been trying to unsubscribe from NetFlorist’s emails. After confirming this, I continue to receive emails. I have reported this as spam, receiving an apology and still continue to receive their emailers. This is becoming so annoying!
