Extremely poor quality. The manager @mall of Africa, Ms Tsakane Malebe refused to take the item back. I have sent them email on the 18th of May to date still waiting for their response.

I am so annoyed by the *********** staff who claims that they had a line in my area only to tell me after 3 weeks that there is nothing. They have messed up my credit profile and wasted my time for nothing
FNB Home load debited my account without my concern.
I went to Woodmead Makro this morning on the 14th of January 2024. the advertised on the shelf for Nutriday Danone was R20.99 and lollipos was R32.79. The price of Danone was scanned at R21.99 and the lollipop was R49,00 on the till. I went back to the shelf with the packer to confirm the prices however supervisor Monene Maoto did not trust her colleague and went back and still refused to give me the price stating that I should check the barcode, not the price. I requested to speak to the manager and Rethabile Letsie also refused to give me the advertised price of the lollipops and only gave me the Danone.
I have ordered 4 mugs and takealot keep on sending me 3 mugs instead. I returned theme and came back incomplete
