Consumer lounge is a platform that gives surveys. In return they have prizes such as superbalist vouchers , small appliances and lower end cellphones. I recently partook in a survey and was informed I had won a cell phone. However it's been 2 weeks no one has reached out to me when I reach out to inquire I get a automated response that they have received my email and that an agent will get back to me within 48hours. It's 2 weeks and no one got back. I believe they are ****mers getting people to do surveys and not compensate. Just a word of caution to be wary of them
I had a promo for Uber one 4 weeks for free I accepted put my card details and came up as error with card. I tried again still the same error. I was charged not once but 4 times by Uber 4 small amounts. And I still wasn't given the free Uber one promo. I contacted Uber was asked to provide proof of transactions and proof of promo offered.. which I did all Uber did was reverse r7.30cents. Yet they took off r32 of my account in 4 small transactions. Be very wary of this if they *****ing small amounts and doing this often it will amount to bigger amounts. And all Uber did was tell me that I have submitted this query before and they closing it.No acknowledgment of the proof which was asked and I submitted they just closed it without even giving me a refund. Pathetic service and so *********.
I was checking Mr D and i put a promo code went back to review i did not click on checkout. I saw that the order was showing processing then i looked and it showed in Red CANCELLED. I took a screenshot of this . after a few minutes i get a sms from my bank with transaction for 240 on Mr D. when i looked on the app the order was now showing accepted and processing. I subsequently contacted Mr D the agent advised a customer cannot cancel an order the resturant may of cancelled then accepted. The agent contacted the restuarant and they advised her the driver slready had the order so they cant cancel. I then contacted the restutant the lady advised me the drivet is in front of her and come for pick up. i advised her not to send as i will not accept and i want a refund She advised to take it uo wirh mr d. i contacted mr D again when driver arrived i spoke to a lady i told her issue. she gave an email for me to send screenshot and she will escalate. meanwhile the driver advised he cannot not deliver the order. and i was not going to accept then that would mean me taking an otder which was cancelled i just wanted my refund. The driver contacted Mr D head office on whats app and asked me to write my issue on his phone. which i did . The driver then showed me the feedback on his phone. saying the customer is trying to pull a fast one and that i ordered and now want to cancel. The driver was then called and he tolded me he was asked to take back the order to the resturant. The restuarant never get the order back. I am not out of pocket for 240 the food was returned and i did not get my refund. All i get from mr d is emails asking me for my contact number to resolve the issue. No one calls and then i receive anothet email from Mr D to rate their service.? Who is pulling a fast one now??
I had an issue i place an enquiry on the 5/11 and only got a response on the 11 /11 from a Keneliwe which was totally irrelevant to my query. Enlighten Panel changed their Platform and advisef participants to cash out before a certain date and register on new platform. I cashed out 2 wowoolworths vouchers on the 25/9 they turnaround time is 30days. I contacted e nlighten as i was using an icloud email, and i now do not have an iphone hence no access to emails. I tried going on new platform to change my email address but instead it just created a new profile for me. My query to enlighten was to assist me to receive my vouchers and change my email. Instead i get a irrelevant response clearly showing the lack of custmer support. 1. Email was not even read through ,otherwise i would of got an appropriate response. 2. Time taken to response was long. 3. The issue of my voucher inquiry was not addressed. The response i received was on the new platform my email shows as the one i wanted to change to and there should be no issues. Keneliwe if you read and responded you would of understood that the email shows my new email as i highlighted thar when trying to chabge it created a new profile, simple English not understood. Enlighten Panel should not take participants for granted you are not doing me a favour by giving me the vouchers its not for free i have utilised my time and data to complete your surveys and I would like to be compensated foe it , not to be taken advantage of and exploted so future participants be aware of these survey companies seems like they utilise the public to help their third parties business and then exploit their participants by not compensating them. Does not mean that if someone does your surveys you have the right to take them for granted.

This is my 2nd review. I have been having major issues concerning a refund for a laptop purchased on 28/8. The return was done on 3/9. Only on the 20/9 after me doing a follow up did a Nathan V advise refund was done on 20/9 . I followed up on 2/10 and was advised by a agent Rumi refund was only done on 2/10 and will take another 5days. Today is 5days and the refund is still not in my account. I checked with my bank it's not even under pending transactions. This is ridiculous when they get sales they quick to act. But can't do a simple refund just coming up with excuses. Seem like a shady company I would be very wary of doing business with them. They are are ***********, no customer service skills,clearly no integrity also. Should change there name to **** deals.
I accepted a upgrade on the app which was successful. When getting to set up delivery og card, there is numerous issies with app it keeps giving error messaging scheduling appointment not successful. I have tried secure chat for help i was in a que and kept getting automated response from yesterday 1/10 @11.35 till today 2/10 @ 5.35. No response whatsover. Even did a complaint on the app just keep sending referrence no of query and no one gets back to you. This is not the 1st time using the app where i have encountered problems with card deliveries online. The app states hassle free card deliveries, such and understatement .its more like a big hassle

You have to keep following up as they never do.
I placed an order on uber eats at my diners north beach on 22nd sep order no 83E13 and had to cancel because an uber eats voucher i had was not working. And uber eats charged me for the full order, as compensation to the restuarant. When i called the restuarant to reinstate the order since full psyment was received the guy on the other end advised he cant do anything as uber doesnt pay then upfront , understandable but when they do psy he was gioing to get paid anways. Anyways he point blank said i must tske it up wuth ubet eats which i did as per ubeteats they psid the restuarant in full as the resuarant was preparing when order was cancelled. So My Diners took a customers money with out providing a service, they were fully aware thst they were going to be reimbursed by Uber yet they choose to be uethicall and technically ***** from customers. Anyways this goes against moral ethics and i hope you happy seeing you such a big company tsking merge amointd for free from your patrons. You must be very proud of yourselves
I placed an order on uber eats and canceled as a voucher I had was not been able to use. Uber charged 100% cancelation fee. And refused to refund my money claiming the restaurant had started preparing so I have to pay a cancelation fee. I can understand a 10% or 20% but a 100% is totally ridiculous. Conviently when orders are placed no disclaimer or pop up appears to warn you that they going to Rob you and take a 100% cancelation fee. What about when customers place orders and restaurants cancel and this happened many times I was not compensated for the inconvenience. So please be very wary of Uber eats antics.
