I placed an order on uber eats at my diners north beach on 22nd sep order no 83E13 and had to cancel because an uber eats voucher i had was not working. And uber eats charged me for the full order, as compensation to the restuarant. When i called the restuarant to reinstate the order since full psyment was received the guy on the other end advised he cant do anything as uber doesnt pay then upfront , understandable but when they do psy he was gioing to get paid anways. Anyways he point blank said i must tske it up wuth ubet eats which i did as per ubeteats they psid the restuarant in full as the resuarant was preparing when order was cancelled. So My Diners took a customers money with out providing a service, they were fully aware thst they were going to be reimbursed by Uber yet they choose to be uethicall and technically ***** from customers. Anyways this goes against moral ethics and i hope you happy seeing you such a big company tsking merge amointd for free from your patrons. You must be very proud of yourselves

my dinner believes by reducing the size of the sauce on your take away they can save money, change your mentality, don't change your quality or quantity, increase your price by R2 ,On one can eat a Tikka with your 3ml sauce

24/07/22 , i visited the popular my diners at the durban beach front. Whilst enjoying my lunch with my family. The manager asks the lady to sweep. So i called the lady and told her we are eating and you are sweeping. There after i spoken to the paki store owner or manager, his rude reply was its a beach store so lots off sand is coming inside. Where on earth did u see this happen whilst people are dinning cleaners are sweeping. Lots off restaurants are on the beach front i haven't seen this . So i asked why couldn't you wait for us too finish our meal. How can you'll manage a restaurant have people seated there enjoying lunch there after you ask the staff to start sweeping. What sort off brains does this manager have .people please dont support this store as the manager is very rude and has an attitude problem. He doesnt know how to treat customers

Placed an order at 19:58pm at 20:25pm received a call from someone at the store saying that I need to come down to reception and I agreed I went downstairs and waited for 15mins n nobody came,I then called to enquire and then I was told to be patient it's now 21:52pm and I still fid not receive my order ,tried calling again and there is no answer.
