I was told too choose a attorney from the panel at a reduced rate. Firstly my invoices was not up too stand, my invoice didnt include terms and conditions. It didnt meet the requirements of law for all, and the civil court. So how can i be referred to the panel attorneys when my paper work doesnt meet the civil court requirements
Waste off time and money thinking you have a legal policy when help is needed theres always loopholes to decline.
I am pleased to write this review, has a platinum plus policy holder at law for all. I am absolutely super proud off the service i received from the appointed legal professional Maxine stander who has helped me tremendously in my time of need. The way she had handled my legal matter and got it resolved ambicaly. She has always being swift on her replies, and phone calls. Once again thank you Maxine Stander and the family of law for all.
Business insurance canceled by the team leaders and assesor of outsurance. I had taken out a business policy in 2017 for my ford ranger. My premiums are all up to date. Last i had a problem during the flooding were water was seeping into the bin of van and damaging the goods in transit. I filed a claim. Claim was assessed and paid out. This year during the month of march my goods in transit got damaged. And i do havr a goods in transit. Due to water seeping in. Outsurance refused to settle my claim. They just called me and canceled my policy with immediate effect. They are ****** at outsurance. The managers and assessors speak to clients rudely as if they are paying for the clients premium. The team leader at outsurance also said to me many people out use their policies inorder to help others out there using their clothing to make money. Why do you people at outsurance insure private business and when it comes to payment you'll have a whole fat story loopholes not too pay a client. People please dont use outsurance. Its nice to take your money every month. But when there's a problem no one wants to help
24/07/22 , i visited the popular my diners at the durban beach front. Whilst enjoying my lunch with my family. The manager asks the lady to sweep. So i called the lady and told her we are eating and you are sweeping. There after i spoken to the paki store owner or manager, his rude reply was its a beach store so lots off sand is coming inside. Where on earth did u see this happen whilst people are dinning cleaners are sweeping. Lots off restaurants are on the beach front i haven't seen this . So i asked why couldn't you wait for us too finish our meal. How can you'll manage a restaurant have people seated there enjoying lunch there after you ask the staff to start sweeping. What sort off brains does this manager have .people please dont support this store as the manager is very rude and has an attitude problem. He doesnt know how to treat customers
This is the 3rd time i have a problem with romans chatsworth. They service is totally useless. The owner of the franchise does not pay heed to customers complains. They rob the customers of chicken toppings, when a customer complains the owner has alot to say. He is not believing the customer he wants us to come back to his store, when i requested a driver to collect the pizza from my home he is not willing to go to that extent. He says how we purchased thats how we should bring it. This man has a attitude problem... Customers shouldn't support this store has he says he doesnt take **** from anyone. When i told him that im going too report him he said do as u please. This is the type of attitude this man displays to customers. After all he owns this franchise
Good day I would like to share my experience using the bioderma ***mentbio range, which i purchased from dischem pharmacy. I purchased the day,night and brightening cleansing foam wash. These products caused me a whole lot more of ***mentation. It gave an after reaction alot of acne on my upper lip and face. I wrote an email to bioderma expressing my concerns regards these creams because whats actually stated on the packaging it does the total opposite . The ***mentbio range never help clear off ***mentation but instead cause more ***mentation an damage to my skin darken my ***mentation. Last week on Thursday trainer from bioderma by the name of Dee got in touch with me, i explain everything. Later that afternoon she sent an whatsaap message advising me that i should take the creams back to store where it was purchased from? I then i told her that i purchased the at pmb dischem liberty midland mall. I told her live in durban, but she insisted that i go to store of purchase. Last night i messaged dee to find whats going on. I explained my concerns that i reside in durban at the time of purchase i was in pmb. Today Dee messaged to say i must take the creams to the nearest store without making proper arrangements the management of dischem. At least make an arrangement to management of the cosmetic department that would have been better. Meagan dee manager also told me that its impossible. The question is asked how does bioderma operate if they cant seem to address an customers complaint properly. Ladies please dont buy this ***mentbio range its totally terrible and a total waste of money. As i waste my money and time
Hi i purchased a loaf of bread from a local butchery in chatsworth. When i came home i noticed a "dead fly" inside the bread packaging. I then contacted sunfresh bakery in pmb spoke to a lady by the name of ashnee, who provided me with her whatsaap number and requested that i forward the photo of the bread. She called me 3mins later stating that the sales rep rishi will be in touch with me. But no reply from sales rep rishi. Anyways i contacted sunfresh bakery once more spoke to salim the manager of sunfresh bakery. He then spoke abruptly and slammed phone whilst talking to me, where is hes ethics, moral and customer service s****s in handling in this matter. Finding a dead fly in a loaf of freshly baked bread is completely disgusting and says alot about where the bread is been manufactured and quality standards. I called upon the heath services of pmb to carry out a full investigation, to check the hygiene service at this bakery.
Hi guys I visited wimpy on sunday 02 /12/2018 for lunch. My hubby and I ordered fish and chips. When i recieved my order I requested to the Waitron can i please have peri peri sauce. 2minutes later the peri peri sauce was given in a normal plastic squeeze bottle. A minute later another Waitron came by table to take the peri peri sauce to another customer. It was completely fine. After done with our meals I requested the bill. As I am going through the bill I noticed Peri peri sauce R9.90 served in a tub. Initially when i requested for the sauce the Waitron never advice me it will be chargeable. When i did question the waitron the peri peri sauce is charged at r9.90 a tub and I recieved it in a normal sauce bottle. Waitron said to me for breakfast we don't charge for peri peri sauce only at lunch we charge for peri peri sauce. I have been to many other wimpy restaurant throughout the Durban area and haven't charge for the peri peri sauce. Some wimpy restaurants even go an extra mile to provide the customers with many other peri peri sauces. This is the first time experience and worse experience. I even taken out a photo of the bill stating peri peri sauce r9.90 served in a tub
