Coffee table had scratches all the four corners

I bought coffee table and plasma stand. They deliver it with . Coffee table corners had scratches on four corners. I reported that same day after delivery. They didn't replace it, the communication is too bad. I had to follow them.

Car battery problem

I bought a battery May 2025 at Hercules Pretoria, Pro Touch Batteries CC ***). Since last October 2025, having problems with the battery. They take me from pillar to post, saying my car has electric fault I took it to electricians but find no problem. I took my car back to this company. Salesman told me that next time when I come with same problem I need to tell their boss about this same problem.

Refund

I deposit R5000. at Gobid. Then I bought a car from them and I was supposed to get my refund of R5000. They told me to submit my id copy, proof of payment and letter from my bank,they are going to refund me within 4-7 working days. I've send documents needed on the 8 May 2025. Until today I haven't receive any money, I tried to check my balance and statement. There is nothing . I have send them watsup on the 16 May they told me that I should wait for 72 hours. I do not know if is me who is unable to count or the money was send. But I do not see anything. Please help me Thank you very much

Refund me back

I fill their forms to join them but they following day I cancel this policy. They were not deducting all this past months. After those month that they were deducting, then they started to deduct again. I have send emails. They promised to refund me. Till today iam still waiting. I do not understand why it take so long to get my refund. Thank you

Still waiting for the refund

FNB promised to refund me back. I am still waiting. I have open business law on call last year December. When I make follow up they told me that I have open business law on call account. They are taking me from pillar to post. I have decided to cancel that policy because they told me that I do not have policy. They promised to pay me back until today I didnt see any refund from account as they have promised me. I have waited for too long. Can someone explain for me what is happening, why it took so long to get back into my account as iam client of FNB. They have my account number etc. Thank you

Refund/cancellation of the Ticket

I bought a lot ticket to Bloemfontein on the 23 March and decided to cancel one the 24. Because I was coming back I ask them if a can use the one I cancel and use it when I come back. The agreed and told me that I will do that when I came back at Bloemfontein. On the 27 while at bus stop at Bloemfontein I explain to them but they refused to help me. I had to call my family and borrow the money so that I can buy another ticket and come back. At Bloemfontein they told me that I should ask Pretoria to help me. While Pretoria told me that Bloemfontein will be able to help me. May I kindly get my money back from this coming. I borrow the money now the person who borrowed money want it back

Business on call with FNB.

FNB make me join the policy, when I make follow up they said I do not have law on call for my business. I still have not sure of my current situation about law on call for my business. They promised to come back till today.

Money that was deducted but policy was cancelled

Capital legacy, I ve join it within two days I decided to cancel the plan. They did cancel it. After two months they deduct my money from my account. When I call them they tell me that they will bring back the money. My problem is I do not have money and some of my stop orders find no money in my account
