This company with the land lord is real ****** at Parklande in vanderbijlpark. Before this system was implimented my geyser was on twice a day, electric stove, 15w globes etc. I only consumed 12 units a day. But after these money hongry animals installed this system things changed for the worse. Now i have no control over my prepaid as the load 60 units wvery otherday and every transaction there is a fee above the monthly fee which is included in my statement. Now here is the lovely surprise.....my geaser is on for 45minutes, have a gas stove now, everywhere in my flat 5watt globes and my consumption is even more. That to me is manipulation. So ja stay away from any rental properties that use these guys as they would empty your bank account.
Did my application for claim, but till today no payout. It was due last week thursday? This week when i asked whats happining the consultant said its delayed cause of influx of claims? Im ver unhappy cause ive been paying my premuims and yet my claims take forever? But i have to add that consultants is very helpfull

I do have an emregency but im also aware that alot of people app**** from the 1st of march which definetly overloaded the system. May u guys give me some feedback of whats happening please? I know from past dealings that u guys always bend backwards to help customers.

The worst courier company i have ever dealt with, phoned the help center and when i gave the lady my tracking number she just droped the call? *** ? Cant believe it, Temu should remove the from there courier list. Waiting a month now. Wont trust them to even deliver a newspaper or toilet paper
I cant understand this SARS we have they are very greedy, u pay your taxes unwillingly and yet when u need a tax directive it may take them 21 working days to do so, may question is why the fu k should u pay taxes because i dont see any value in it. When u go to there office in bedworth park they people there are very rude,when u phone in u have to make sure u have plenty airtime cause it takes u atleast 10minutes to get to option that u may select that can call u back. Its been a struggle from beginning April for me and i am disgusted with there level of service and playing for time

Ai im really fed up with the service i get from u guys everytime i phone i hear the same story that they recieved my claim and that i must wait atleast 4 weeks for payout and to top it all off its going to cost me more because i had to submit the claim via email as the whatsap crashed on the 2nd of september......i cant really understand that the consultants are so clueless and not really helpfull.the most strange thing is that fellow colleuges that app**** through email after i did already reveived their payout?? No no no this is really unacceptable to me. Then to crown everything its going to cost me more in fees as i made the application via email and not through whatsapp? How the hell can that be my fault?now i have to pay for your mistakes??
I got a call from Lasedi at cell c vaal mall in august to inform that Cell c have a special and i would benefit as one of my contracts were about to upgrade. Just want to thank him for his effort cause when i showed up all the paperwork were ready for me. Thumps up for him and his team!
Tried yesterday to withdraw from my savings pot,but to no avail never received any reference email after several emails.....phoned today and the lady said i have to wait 2 more days? Consultant was not very helpfull at all, come on momentum u guys should have been more prepared for the public regarding this. Feel very disappointed.
