This company with the land lord is real ****** at Parklande in vanderbijlpark. Before this system was implimented my geyser was on twice a day, electric stove, 15w globes etc. I only consumed 12 units a day. But after these money hongry animals installed this system things changed for the worse. Now i have no control over my prepaid as the load 60 units wvery otherday and every transaction there is a fee above the monthly fee which is included in my statement. Now here is the lovely surprise.....my geaser is on for 45minutes, have a gas stove now, everywhere in my flat 5watt globes and my consumption is even more. That to me is manipulation. So ja stay away from any rental properties that use these guys as they would empty your bank account.

The service delivery was abysmal. I have been waiting from the January for a refund from this specfic service provider and still wait to date. Supervisors dont even do the bare minimum to assist. When approached for any feedback only lethargic responses is received. I don't not recommend unimet to anyone has a service provider.

We accidentally paid our rental money (R6820) into our Unimet wallet. We have requeste the refund since yesterday and we got blocked from Whatsaap communication channel. We have sent emails with no replies. We have tried to open a case with the Police and there is no help as their no offices or a direction of where they run their bussiness from.

Bad services, I Accidently put 2000 instead if 200 and they are telling it is gonna take 4weeks to refund, yet they are billing me R13 A DAY on the amount that is in this meter, what **** is this i have provided all information they needed for the refund but they are placing this on a far date so they can take all my money

I cannot express my gratitude enough to the wonderful team at Unimet Systems. In a time of dire need, when my water supply was unexpectedly cut, they came to my rescue without charging an extra dime. I've always had impeccable experiences with them, but this time, their dedication and service truly exceeded all expectations. I've heard varied opinions about many companies, but with Unimet Systems, I can genuinely attest to their unwavering commitment and outstanding service. No matter what anyone might say, my interactions with them have always been flawless. This recent experience, however, was beyond any measure. I am writing this review to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the consistently terrible service I have received from Unimet Systems. Dealing with their web application has become a recurring nightmare, especially when it comes to topping up my electricity and water meters. Every time I try to use their web application to top up my meters, I encounter a series of issues that make the process incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. The application seems to be plagued with technical glitches, causing errors and delays that are beyond frustrating. It's baffling that a company in this digital age cannot maintain a functional web application for such a basic and essential service. But the web application is just the tip of the iceberg. When I attempted to seek help by calling their customer service line, I was met with another level of incompetence. The voice prompt informed me that I was the second caller in line, which seemed reasonable at first. However, I was left dumbfounded when I spent over 23 minutes on hold, only to realize that my issues were not going to be resolved at all. This blatant disregard for customers' time and patience is completely unacceptable. The pinnacle of this ********** experience was when I finally managed to speak to a customer service operator. After explaining my ongoing issues and expressing my dissatisfaction, I requested the operator's name for reference. To my astonishment, the operator abruptly hung up on me without providing any assistance or even a simple introduction. This level of rudeness and unprofessional behavior is beyond comprehension. What frustrates me the most is that this is not an isolated incident. These problems have been occurring consistently, turning every interaction with Unimet Systems into a nightmare. It's clear that the company lacks a basic understanding of customer service and a commitment to resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

I wish there was a negative zero on the ratings because your service lately is below part and very disappointing, getting hold is a struggle as well,if I see any other company /complex using your services I will gladly passby

Last night when I come home from work we had the loadsheding . and after I had to load water. I phoned unimet and they helped me fast and I was treated well by the staff. I also like the part when I can get topups when I get low even when I don't go to pick and pay. and can even get advance electricity.
