Provident fund
I worked 2 years full at a primary school called George Randell Primary School. Provident fund was deducting R1000 per month. I resigned in December 2025 and i only Recived R12000 on the 25 February 2026 as my statement in September was R17000 so how does your own salary gets deducted every month but in return you little of your own money that you work for. So unfair and selfish.

Pay Joy 4 hour extension

Bank Charges that are too high
I had rent money that I needed to pay today as FNB deducted a whole R700 and telling its bank charges from last month as I dont understand why there didn't deduct on my payday as I really need that money yet their charges are just getting worse as ive been banking with them for 15 years as there can't help me at all.

My name is Mihlali Mlandu and I live in East London East Bank Extention house number 76585. My Vuma WiFi that I pay for R389 has been off since last week Monday yet the guy called Sheldon is not answering my calls nor giving me updates yet I'm missing out on my Evening Classes that I'm doing after work as I'm studying My Teachers Degree. Vuma is so unprofessional and I need my WiFi back on as I cannot afford to be loosing on my studies. I want my wifi back and the week that I lost I want it back too.

BAD SERVICE AT CRAZY STORE I EAST LONDON AMALINDA
Had a very bad experience at Crazy Store as it was my first time buying there and will never again. Took my birthday number as my birthday is on Monday not knowing that there blow up the balloons for you and as Im telling the cashier that's light in complexion with long hair that I did not want that as I only have a R250 she insists that I must come back yet laughs at me. I felt so hurt. I will never go to that Cazy Store no more. It was my first and last time.

Brands Furniture Store Oxford Street.
I took a fridge on account and couldn't pay in 2months. There came to my workplace so unprofessional and 2weeks later came for the fridge at my house. The fridge is not even the fridge that I wanted wrong size yet small. There are still deducting from my bank account. Yet there are known for being ******* even their books in finance are *******. Don't ever go to them.

Unhappy about my money not being released
First National bank won't release my money on my Easy account as I cannot spend more than R3000 a day and more than R10000 per month. What is this as I have been banking with them for 10 years and this morning I'm transferring money to my Capitec account which happens immediately and now it does not happen at all as I'm told 2 till 3 working days. What is that. I'm so disappointed in them.
