I’m very disappointed with Takealot. My order was rescheduled without any prior communication, despite me paying for a premium delivery plan for faster service. This is unacceptable. Hello Peter, I would like to raise a complaint regarding MTN South Africa. I have had no service for the past two months, yet I am still being billed. I previously submitted a query together with last month’s invoice, but I have not received any response to date. As of 05 May, I have also not received my current invoice. What is most concerning is that even if I make payment for the current amount, I am advised that my service will only be restored next month. This is highly frustrating and unacceptable, as I am being charged for a service I am not receiving. The lack of service and communication has caused significant inconvenience. I request urgent assistance in resolving this matter and clarifying the status of my account. I trust this issue will be addressed promptly.
Dear Vodacom Support, I am currently experiencing ongoing issues trying to activate VoLTE on my SIM card. Despite having a VoLTE-compatible device and being in a 4G/LTE coverage area, the service is not working on my line. I have attempted to enable VoLTE in my phone settings, but the feature does not activate. From my understanding, VoLTE requires the service to be provisioned on the SIM card, which may need to be activated by Vodacom from your side. This issue has been quite frustrating, as I am unable to benefit from features such as improved call quality and simultaneous voice and data usage. I kindly request that you: Check if VoLTE is activated on my SIM/profile Provision/enable the service if it is not active Advise if there are any compatibility or network issues affecting my line Please let me know if any further information is required from my side. I have been extremely frustrated with MTN’s service recently. The network has been unreliable, with frequent drops in calls and poor internet connectivity. Even when the service works, the speeds are inconsistent, making it difficult to rely on MTN for work or personal use. What’s worse is the billing. I was charged for a “payment rejection” even though I paid with cash, not a debit order. On top of that, I’ve noticed other unexpected charges on my account, and customer support has been slow or unhelpful in resolving these issues. It feels like the company prioritizes making money over providing good service to its users. Overall, I cannot recommend MTN at this time. Customers deserve transparent billing, fair treatment, and consistent service, which sadly seems lacking.
Nedbank MFC debited my account twice without any approval just because my account was in arrears and they refused to refund me.
My experience was great l was assisted by Simon to update my banking details, thank Simon you are the best.
