According to an email I recived from take a lot More for the March competition I was a selected winner, I was told to submit a form and then I will be notified about when delivery will take place, I have done so its been over a month with numerous messages and emails and the agent Clayton takes 4 business days to respond to your emails, I asked what prize I am wining they are unable to tell me, now I have been purchasing on take a lot almost every week and this kind of service makes me not want to deal with them DO BETTER and stop wasting peoples time
So I called in on Saturday to request fibre, I was told to immediately pay the R99 once off fee, I have explained to the sales agent what my issue was, he said that it shouldnt be an issue, only to call in yesterday 3 times and being kept on hold for 20 mins per call to find out that my line with my current service provided does not show canceled now I have proof that my line has been canceled since the 1st May, I am so annoyed as I tried calling earlier and each time I get placed on hold for 10 mins if this is how Mweb customer service is I refuse to do business with them
What an horrible experience with purchasing online, I will defs not recommend anyone to purchase online as they tell you issues will be resolved within 5 working days and then if you do not call you would not even know that they are refunding you,
Placed and order on the 29th October, have still not received an order confirmation, I have called customer care and those people are so useless, I want my money back, I will never support new balance again
Bad customer service from Telkom kenilworth in regards to phoning to getting an update on a fibre application which advance payment was done on the 25th September, I have been sending email and also calling, Today 02/10/2025 i called the Kenilworth branch, the lady who answered the phone put the phone off in my face , no attempts in trying to help I am so upset with this customer service,if this is your way of how you deal with customers you should be ashamed.
Worst experience with budget insurance. Took out a policy last night at 9pm thinking they would only charge a pro rata for the month of March only to see they want to deduct a whole 1500. What makes it worst I canceled this policy with these ****mers and they still wanna deduct money for cover from last night 9pm until 8am this morning how crazy is that for a car that was standing still unbelievable I will tell all my family members to cancel there policies
Bought a t-shirt online. Had it on for half a day only to see the stitching is lose, contacted lacoste sa online have sent them countless emails they only responded once to say I'll get feedback on the 14th February up until now I have not received any feedback I've been emailing them since Monday. Never again worst customer service ever
I have two contract with cellc . I've been struggling to cancel the contracts . They canceled the one and they are stating that the one is in areas I've sent all my proof of payments & I refuse to pay the extra that's outstanding. I've been put thru to different departments everyday . They also stated that I don't need to cancel the contract I can just hand it over to someone else which company says that I mean that's a risk & also *******. I'm extremely disappointed and angry in the service received by cellc . Please be aware when taking out contracts by them
