I have been having network issues since Friday and I was told that there is an issue from the main high site that I am connected too, but they are fixing the issue, today it’s Sunday the issue is still there, I didn’t have the network the whole weekend whereas I’m paying my premium every month without fail, there is no communication whatsoever, their service is terrible, there is no value for the money that we are paying, I’m planning to take my services to where it will be valued, i regret using Rapidnet from the first place, their service is terrible and nobody cares. I will advise people not to use their service provider, they dnt care about their customers, unless you want to be frustrated every day because this is the everyday thing. If you wanna be happy, stay away from Rapidnet period
The WiFi frequently disconnects for a few minutes before reconnecting, which is extremely frustrating. Additionally, there are times when it cuts out completely for around half an hour, this has been going on for 4 weeks and i am even tired of speaking to them on whatsapp because they are unable to assist, I am working from home and this significantly detract my overall performance, i dont see value of my money, the performance of this wifi is very slow, i even regret my decision of choosing rapidnet as my supplier
i have app**** for the policy to cover 12 people in 2022 March, i send a whatsApp to the person i was speaking to and the list of people i want to be covered, they gave me a number to use when i am paying at Boxer, Pick and pay, i have been receiving an sms reminding me to pay and after paying they send an sms thanking me for making payment, i recently lost my grandmother, she was one of the people on my list, i called them to claim, to my suprise they told me that it does not any names under my policy except mine, meaning i didnt cover anyone, it only my name, i started paying R250 and now its R280 meaning i have been paying for nothing since 2022, why was that not picked that the names are not showing whereas they send me sms reminding me to pay without fail, i went to their offices at Bara mall, was told that they can add the names but i will have a waiting period of 5 months, WHAT A JOKE, i have been paying on time every month and i never skip not even one month, Amathole is a joke, they are misleading us, they dont value their clients, they are selling us dreams, i wants my money that i have been paying since 2022 and i promise will use all the resources i have to make sure that they are exposed, will even call ukhozi FM because i heard about on Ukhozi, meaning they are working together to mislead people of SA, they are ****ming people their hard earned cash, not in my watch
I am so disappointed with the service i am receiving from Rapidnet, i have been complaining since they install home Wi-Fi, the speed of the internet is very slow into a point that i cannot even work from home, its connect and disconnect in less than 5 minutes , their technician was at my house Wednesday last week and he has done some setting and now it is too slow than before, i have opted to buy data and connect with my phone then what am i paying for every month, when its switched off, the internet light will not light on, they will need to do settings first for it to become green . I don’t see the value of my money, i am paying for nothing and when you speak to support on WhatsApp, they advised that we are still checking and they check for 45 minutes or more and revert to you after 45 minutes, they don’t care about their clients, i cursed the day i choose them over other companies , poor service, poor network, poor communication, will cancel this nonsense and try someone who will see the value of the money i am paying
The insurance is still not cancelled, i have given the agent time of call, they never call, pathetic service, there is no value of the money we pay, i have never expirience such a terrible service
Multichoice is a ****mer, they added insurance fee on my DSTV without an agreement, i have been sent from Pillar to post when trying to cancel it, there is no response on the email, what they did its *****
I will like to thank Marlon for an excellent service, he went above and beyond to help me with the admin lock that was activated on my phone, after 4 days of me contacting the call centre with no help, i must say that it was removed within few hours of me communicating with him, thank you so much Marlon for the great service, keep it up
I just recently took vodacom contract for double deals of i phones, one has admin lock activated, mind you my account is not in arreas, i have contacted the call center on Tuesday, the matter was escalated to Forensic dept and they came back and say i need to the shop for them to remove the lock, went to the shop they couldnt assist, they said i need to call customer care as they dont have an access, i called the call centre they said they will escalate again which does not make sense as that already been done, now i have been sent from pillar to post and i am very frastrated right now, i regret taking this contracts.
