Unsubsription of Uber one membership
Never subscribe to this membership, I have been trying to unsubscribe but get still keep trying to debit my account, I wrote to them and they told me they have unsubscribed my membership,.. I even tried to change my bamk card to no avail..It's so annoying because I am now incurring bank charges

Poor application process
Worst experience trying to apply for loan, they kept on asking to send documents i had already sent. Back on forth until I just had to cancel application..

Cancelation of Beauty box Isabella garcia
I have been trying to cancel a beauty box subscription with Isabella garcia since Nov. I signed up for a beauty box, was told order would be processed after first debit order and to give 15days for delivery, 15days later no delivery, e mailed to find out and was told to wait a further 2 weeks.. I emailed to cancel as I was not willing to wait that long and being a first time customer, I was expecting to be notified.. It's been back and forth, apparently you can only finalize your cancelation telephonic, none of there numbers work.. All I need is R322 reversed and a confirmation of cancelation in writing ..This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with..

Closing account
I am so appalled by tymebank, I have been trying to close my account to mo avail, they keep telling am owing and when I pay that amount, another amount comes up. I asked what is the exact amount am owing and no one seems to know.. There call centre number is not free.. It's very costly to call them and you wait for over 10mins to be assisted, sometimes the consultant will drop the call and you have to start all over.. All I want is to close the account because I don't use it

No customer service or response from Rain.. Wrongly billed
Very bad customer service, there 0816100000 is on permanent voice mail, since 26 Nov, 2023 I am still awaiting a e-mail response.. I am on a package for R739 which is supposed to have a speed of of 60mph, but I have been monitoring the speed and it's always at 30mph..Since I received the 2 free Sim cards, I have been billed R759, I thought the Sim cards are absolutely free..
