Pick And Pay contacting wrong persons for Monies Due
I have been receiving SMS messages on my telephone, addressed to another person, threatening them with losing their benefits should they not pay the minimum amount due on their account. I have no knowledge of who this person is that they refer to and I most certainly have NEVER EVER had an account at Pick and Pay or any other Retail Company. I keep sending E Mails and the reply I receive, is to say that it has not yet been resolved2 replies

Subscriptions not authorized being deducted
I have ported my cell C number to another subscriber, due to the ridiculous non approved amounts they were deducting for unknown subscriptions, not signed up for. Even now they are still charging to the alternate service provider the subscription fees. I know you have to wait a period pf 3 months for porting the number to be fully active, so they are still taking monies they are not entitled to3 replies
