I am extremely frustrated with the service I’ve received from Discovery Health. I obtained pre-approval for a procedure, yet despite this, my claim has not been paid in full. Instead of resolving the issue internally, I am now being sent in circles and told to contact the doctor’s rooms myself to dispute the appropriateness of the fees charged. This is completely unacceptable. As a member, I rely on pre-approval to provide cer*****y around cover. It defeats the entire purpose if, after the fact, I am left to negotiate with healthcare providers on Discovery’s behalf. I have followed up multiple times over the past few weeks, and despite this, the matter remains unresolved. It has now been close to three weeks with no clear outcome or accountability from Discovery. Members should not be expected to do the work of the medical scheme, especially after pre-approval has already been granted. This reflects very poorly on the level of service and support provided. If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will escalate it through the appropriate regulatory and consumer channels.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Betway. According to their own customer support team, a review was incorrectly placed on my account - something that should never have happened in the first place. Despite this being acknowledged as an error, I have now spent over a week trying to get this resolved. I’ve called multiple times and also sent numerous emails, yet each time I receive the same generic response: “it has been escalated” and “please follow up again in 24 hours.” No one takes ownership, no timelines are met, and nothing actually gets resolved. What is particularly concerning is how efficient Betway is when it comes to accepting deposits, yet when it’s time to withdraw funds, the process becomes unnecessarily difficult and delayed. This creates a very poor customer experience and raises serious concerns. Customers should not have to chase their own money or spend hours following up on issues caused by internal errors. If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate it further through the appropriate regulatory and consumer channels.
We recently embarked on a trip to ****et, organized by Nicilla, and it was nothing short of amazing! She truly went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our journey was perfect. The beauty of ****et, combined with the top-notch service from Pentravel, especially Nicilla, has left me eagerly looking forward to my next adventure with them! Highly recommended!
