Betway Quick to Take Deposits, Impossible to Withdraw
I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Betway.
According to their own customer support team, a review was incorrectly placed on my account - something that should never have happened in the first place. Despite this being acknowledged as an error, I have now spent over a week trying to get this resolved.
I’ve called multiple times and also sent numerous emails, yet each time I receive the same generic response: “it has been escalated” and “please follow up again in 24 hours.” No one takes ownership, no timelines are met, and nothing actually gets resolved.
What is particularly concerning is how efficient Betway is when it comes to accepting deposits, yet when it’s time to withdraw funds, the process becomes unnecessarily difficult and delayed. This creates a very poor customer experience and raises serious concerns.
Customers should not have to chase their own money or spend hours following up on issues caused by internal errors.
If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate it further through the appropriate regulatory and consumer channels.
