I’ve been waiting for courier guy from this logistics company to come collect the parcel but they didn’t pitch up and when I look at the update they **** they said they tried contacting me and I didn’t answer my phone and they also said they came to my place no one was home which is a lie because I’ve always been home waiting for them to come take it

I can’t use the credit in my wallet even though I received an email stating that my refund was credited to the wallet. I tried talking to the consultants but they all failed to help. I need to repurchase another ticket using that money asap

Bad service
