KwaMnyandu Cash crusader refused to accept the laptop that we bought on Sartuday due to battery life they’re saying they can’t help with refund or repair
I am writing this complaint I am really hurt what they’re doing to my dad . He’s been trying to claim his money for the past 2 weeks they keep saying they’re working on it I don’t understand what is taking so long they said they will help after 48 hours but they did not they had to change my Dad initial cause they spelled wrong now it seem like it a big deal I am so heartbroken what they doing , i even called the MIFA asking about the issue they told me that it them who need to help my dad .. he really need his money he worked so many year to get such treatment from you guy ,if you have a sympathy in you , you will resolve this issue cause if my dad died without getting his money I’ll make sure that every social media knows what are you doing that you are ****ing people giving them false hope that you will help them his number is 0723069474 please help my dad he really need this money

I bought clothes at pep in johanersburg I send them home at Emondlo with the slip hoping if the shoes won’t fit I can able to change them but when my sister went to pep Emondlo Mall she was not assisted they told her since they don’t have the same shoe they can’t help her , but she ask to take something else with the same price the didn’t want to help … please assist me with clarifying that if I bought something here in Johannesburg I won’t be able to change it if they don’t have the same product even if I want something else with the same amount
I did an order on the 25 September online when I track my order it says waiting for courie to collect since on the 25 September , when I called them today they said they’ll get back to me till now I haven’t received a call from them

I've cancelled but they are busy debting money to my account with different transaction
