Traumatized with bad service post Heart attack
I have had the worst experience ever in the 3rd month of my Chronic meds delivery, More traumatic because it's my Heart medication which I've been using out of hospital for 2 months only Post Angiograms twice and 6 Stents insitu1 reply

Vox is pathetic without limit you ask for a manager they send options to choose in WhatsApp no people skills no sympathy or empathy for adults/ pensioners Cold attitude allthoug there are 2 people that tried to help but 80 % is very unhelpful just passing
Good day, I've had the worst Ever experience with vox From day 1. I've never seen this before the *********** service starting right from the beginning with the technician delivering Wring package, then the struggle to be connected, then having being Activated to the wrong packagyall together. Still struggling after paying on the correct package which is not activated to date. Unbelievable and they do not call to fix their mess just useless chats Still without WiFi for 18days FRUSTRATION to the core3 replies
