It's said to say that I have been ****med and the person who ****med me either works for postNet or works with someone at postNet. This person claims to sell items online and uses postNet for delivery. He uses postNet documents and system to **** people. Apparently (according to postNet), this person has been ****ming people for over a year and they are doing nothing about it.
This is one of the worst institutions. I wonder the kind of people they hire. Or Richfield is one of those companies that don't want to pay people so they just hire whoever they can afford. I wanted to enrol, I requested for a quotation for my degree. The student advisor sent me a quote for over R50k which is incorrect. I requested her to amend and she promised to correct the error. That was Feb 8, 2024 and I am still waiting the corrected document. She kept promising to fix the error. 19 of March, through WhatsApp, I requested to speak to someone who can answer my questions. I simply wanted to understand how much work there is for first semester. I wanted to find out if I register now, will I be able to catch up for June exams. They said I will need to speak to the student advisor and my student advisor who didn't respond since Feb is on leave. I told them that I don't want to deal with her anymore, I need someone else. Until now I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. Pathetic!!! Pity that besides Unisa no other public universities that offer BSc IT online.
Vodacom has the worst customer service. Since August 2023 I have been requesting for Technical team to come out and do some testing as to why we don't have network coverage. All they do is send below responses and close off the ticket. We can't make call, we cant .connect to the internet. What kind of a service provide who closes off ticket without confirming with the customers that the issue has been resolved. This ticket was closed off few minutes after telling the advisor that issue has not been resolved Dear Customer: Our Technical Team is investigating your (SR Ref# S5-5AN20-0BN5W) Service Request. We will inform you as to the progress. Regards, Vodacom. Please do not reply to this SMS. Dear Vodacom CustomerAs per our Radio Planning team, your area has been identified as a poor coverage area. We have a planned site ( Rua Vista Ext .Seshegong Secondary School ). to resolve the problems experienced in the area. We cannot provide a timeframe for completion due to 3rd party involvement. We would like to thank you for your patience in this regard. Kind regards, Vodacom Customer Care Hebert Vilakazi
I think Takealot has to teach the rest of the businesses in South Africa what customer service is. I have been using Takealot for a while, whether be returns, delivery or refund, I have never had issues. Always exceed my expectations. Great work to team
Vodacom I have been a customer of Vodacom I don't know for how many years. The number I am currently using was my first number. I have never really had any issues with Vodacom before. I recently moved from JHB to PTA. The are I moved into is experiencing network coverage issues. On the 6th of August I reported the issue to Vodacom 'customer care. On Monday when I was at work, I received a call from someone at the call center claiming that everything is fine according to the technician. I couldn't really argue that much since I was at work and I couldn't confirm if there has been any improvements since I left that morning. Tuesday I called back because the issue wasn't resolved. I didn't receive any response, so I kept on following up. Few days later, someone tried to call me while I was in a meeting and I couldn't take the call. I called back and I indicated that the technician should get call me at specific times when I am available to avoid missing each other. Last week, the technician called while I was in a meeting, the time was outside the ones I specified. I answered the call as I desperately needed to speak to the technician but at that time I couldn't say much. I asked him to call me after an hour, I would be available then. He asked if the issue was resolved and I told him it hasn't and I really want to talk to him. He promised to call after an hour, till this day he hasn't called. 2 days after the call, I tried to follow up again and to my surprise, my calls to Vodacom have been blocked.
