I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a very serious and unacceptable issue with Mweb. I cancelled only my DSTV Streaming package through Mweb. Despite this, Mweb incorrectly cancelled all of my services, including: Fibre internet LTE service Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365 licences This was done without my consent, authorisation, or any confirmation, and has had severe consequences for my business operations. As a direct result, I cannot process or pay staff salaries, which is completely unacceptable and has caused major disruption and reputational risk. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue: Attempted to chat via the online app – no one could assist Tried calling your call centre – unsuccessful and unresolved Logged complaints/queries with no meaningful response To make matters worse, I have noticed that complaints on Hello Peter appear to go unanswered, which leaves customers feeling ignored and unsupported. This situation reflects a serious failure in service management and customer support. Cancelling critical connectivity and productivity services because of a DSTV Streaming cancellation is reckless and unacceptable. I request the following urgently: Immediate reinstatement of all wrongly cancelled services A full explanation of how this error occurred Assurance that this will not happen again Appropriate compensation for downtime and business impact If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate this further. I expect prompt action and a response as a matter of urgency. This level of service is unacceptable
Dear MiWay Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the handling of my accident claim. I logged a claim both through the app and with a consultant, yet I have not received any feedback. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating and disheartening. The consultant who was assigned to my case has shown a lack of patience and professionalism. He only attempted to call me once and did not follow up, which is unacceptable. I expected much better service from MiWay. I urge you to address this issue promptly and provide me with an update on my claim status. I hired a suit on Saturday the 29th of April from Euro Suit Rivonia when I got back to work on the 2nd of May we found out that the function was canceled, so I went to cancel the hire only to find out that I have to pay 25% for dry cleaners, but in the same breath Vusi told the hiring of the suit drycleaners is included, That Nkomo try to spin me another story to help his friend, from saying the wrong thing, I need my full refund from euro suit,I left all my details I need someone from Headoffice to call and refund my full in the next 5-7 Business days urgently, This is horrible service from Euro suit aI never expected this
Hi Ishaan Bundhoo called SA home loans earlier on and spoke to your Colleuqe and he actually assisted me with the query He picked that I had used the incorrect Ref number which IS 2537174 instead of 2537147 and he said he get the accounts department to allocate the funds correctly is not an issue, I am extremely unhappy with the way you handled the matter instead of calling me you continue to harras me and my wife stating that I am in arrears stressing her out even more as she lost her job a few months ago, it is an extremely difficult time and year for us and you show no empathy if you had done what I ask you to do to involve your account all of this could have been avoided horrible Customer service from you Ishaan Bundhoo I understand that I made a mistake but that is no way to treat another human being,It was heartless

It's Been 2months still no Fibre connection in my house between Vumatel and Afrihost still today no distrubution pole front of my house ,i get emails saying they comming to install but I suppose I will wait till Christmas like I told the manager Alicia at Afrihost ,I would like to use another Firbre provider ,Stop advertising if you cannot deliver for God sake!!!! Please come and remove this router and refund my money today how long does take to install a Freaking pole
They Lie about same day delivery total bull**** ,they are people at my house the whole day waiting they claim via sms I am not home so I paid extra for nothing I want my mony back ,i want my mo ey back I am cancelling asoon as I can get my delivery
<p>My Fnb Credit card was handed over to them and I made a decsion to call them to settle the account,</p> <p> first of all the agents in that call centre has got no telephone menace because they are just plain rude,</p> <p>Every time a call I get a diffrent story, and all I want is just a settlement letter from them thats it,</p> <p>I am Proffessional IT manager in the Service Delivery industry and is by far horrible horrile service</p> <p>when I ask to speak to someone senior they brush me off and tell me the Supervisior is in a meeting </p> <p>for the mere fact that the story changes all the time and nobody can tell me the truth not how how they operate without supervision ,I spoke to a Guy by the name of Stembele and Sifiso the person that atleast tried to assist is a Guy by the name of Thando ,I am realy realy shock by this service. but I quess thats the service.</p>
