bad service

I took up a contract with vodacom & in March 2026 they had to take the last instalment. I went to the store in centurion mall to cancel it, i was given a number & spoke to Tobi & was told my contract is cancel on the on the 27th February & full payment taken end March granted. Now again they are still debiting my account. Vodacoms service sucks from branch level as they are helpless and always give you a number that also doesn't help. I want my money back & cancel my contract now please

Bad service…Vodacom should be closed

Vodacom sucks, I missed an instalment and made an arrangement to pay on the 21st November, I paid as arranged to my surprise last night they double debited me. I tried call the customer service number I am busy talking to the machine Tobi… my other debit are now returning due to this stupid company y its system… I need my refund before 12pm today call me now at ***

Worst service ever

Innovation group your service sucks, I’ve been asking for a payment link to update my policy and it’s been 2days that hasn’t been sent and now my car needs to go for service, the next best thing you guys will refuse to pay for the service. My airtime is being wasted your agents keep me holding and they don’t deliver accordingly

Standard Bank isn’t a good bank anymore

Nothing sucks like this bank, I don’t remember having an overdraft in my account and now I’m billed for it. What kind of a bank that does suck nonsense worse I’ve never signed up for it

Bad service

I took up a credit card with Standard Bank with a agreement of repaying R2200 monthly, first month a correct amount was debit as from last month they are taking more than the agreement…called in was told it will be fixed but now I am getting the messages of an amount I didn’t agree too

Bad service

This company service sucks, I have been reporting a meter issue from November till today my issue is not sorted. Worse case scenario I’m building now the construction has to stop because of Lesira’s poor service. They always say they’ll send a technician but he or she doesn’t pitch Lufherang must cancel its contract with you guy because of zero service delivery. I’m even thinking of selling that house because I can’t live like this… I need my meter fixed asap at house number 5127 lufherang ext 5 it’s been very long now. Stop lying to me if you can’t help me be honest

DMC doesn’t follow the debt collectors law

I keep on getting calls on a prescribed account from these guy & it’s affecting my credit record and they claim I made arrangements which I didn’t make… today I got a call from Zizipho Koyana who confirmed that and said they’ll stop calling but issue is they won’t update my credit score

Poor service delivery

I took up a mechanical warranty with innovation group & I informed of the parts they cover in the car, today my car can’t be repaired a clutch because their story has changed now I’ve to pay NIM Toyota centurion yet I’ve a warranty…innovation group your service on warranty sucks

Bad service

Mix telematrix isn’t your go to service provider they don’t keep up with what’s offered by the sales consultant on the phone. I just want them to uninstall their device on my vehicle because it’s just a waste
