Rudi provided prompt and very responsive customer service and I can only recommend Hi-Tec for the way in which they dealt with me. I will happily buy their hiking boots in the future.
Before I initialised an account, I checked with the contact centre person whether package upgrades would be immediate. I was assured they were. This is also what it states on their Help Centre site. However, when I upgraded my package, I now have to wait 6 weeks for it to take effect. And there is nothing that Afrihost can do to fix it. They seem to have made changes without informing customers and acknowledge that the Help Centre site is outdated.
I am not sure about the value of reviewing Nespresso seeing as they do not respond and seem completely uninterested in the negative comments. We have been trying for over a month to get refunds for 2 orders mistakenly made on their app. As others have experienced, the 'customer care' call centre is useless and simply say they will take it up with finance, and nothing happens. I am very disappointed with the way Nespresso seems to be deteriorating (as we have had positive experiences in the past).
Trying to link devices to upload exercise data for the new personal health pathways has been a nightmare. And inept staff in the device support team send out lazy responses that show that they have not even tried to engage with the problem. We have 5 support reference numbers and still no solution to why we cannot link our devices.
My portable items claim was handled professionally and I was kept informed as to exactly what was needed to process the claim once I had logged it online. The claim was promptly paid once all the required documents had been provided. Thank you, Reabetswe.
Simple enough to find the details of the flight I was looking for. Pity that there is no option to select seats at the same time.
We asked for a quote from Execu-move as they had a very good rating on Hello Peter, thinking that they would be out of our price range. The quote was very reasonable, and we chose them to move us from Joburg to KwaZulu-Natal. The move was handled very professionally and smoothly – furnishings and pictures all securely wrapped. They also helped reassemble furniture that had been disassembled for the move. While a collection date was easily sorted out, waiting until just over a week before the move for a delivery date was a bit frustrating, but we do realise that we were part of a part-delivery. Also, everything was numbered for security purposes on collection and checked again on delivery; now if only we could find an easy way to remove some of the preprinted stickers that were used. We would have no hesitation recommending them.
