I tried to called several times to request my hospital account they said not billed pls interven every time they said they send emails to ask to bill it my account

Am not happy with their service cause it was poor and their wad stuff is unprofessional
I’m am slungile Mkhwa**** I had a bad expirience at Randburg Pedros at the 16 /01/2026 around 12:30 I placed an order of R309 and I was helped by Zanele Mncwabe ,I ordered 2 full chickens and told the waitress to cut the both chickens into 4 pieces and with the other chicken I was going to eat it at the restaurant which was the hot one and the other one which was mild I was going to have it at the restaurant instead the waitress gave me the mild one which was cut into 8 pieces instead of 4,I then raised my hand as I wanted to complain assertively but instead the waitress yelled at me and said am lying I ordered what she just gave me,I then asked her why is she yelling at me cause I approached her with her with a good manner she gave me an attitude and said am lying,I just let her be and went to the toilet to change my baby’s nappy I then threw it inside the sanitary basket cause there was no bin reserved for nappies and left before I even entered my car the Pedros workers followed me to my car and told me aggressively to go back and fetch my baby’s nappy,she then went to the toilets fetch it for me and came back and hit me with it and I felt so bul**** by them and I didn’t beat them cause I respect my career and dignity 076 5284 169 this is my number

Clientele are very cruel talk different story try to defend them self even they is evidence un professional
I’m Slungile Mkhwa**** I had a problem with clientele hospital plan gave me a problem doesn’t want to pay they said no need to be hospitalised and they said I must complain and escalate I did I sent email they refused to pay even I sent all evidence pls talk them on that email pls my id no 841225 1155080 my complain no CER801205 pls use this email [email protected]

Clientele give a hard time poor communication and poor professionalism service very poor
I’m Slungile Mkhwa**** my id no 8412251155 080 was admitted on the 19/11/2025 was feeling weak and tired whole body was painful and feeling dizzy and headache I went to dr Gp done urine test find out I have uti send to hospital for hospitalisation and specialist dr saw me and prescribed antibiotics done test urine take bloods find out I have a lot of infection on the urine and also find out my B12 was very low need to inject every day 1mls of b12injections I send all bloods to clientele and hospital account I received a call frm Primrose she said I’m the 0ne who did yo claim I proved for payment her manager refused to pay she said she advised me to go to dr who admitted me to write a motivation letter cz according to Primrose she approved I did sent to motivation on the 12/12/2025 pls help

STAY AWAY FROM ASSUPOL THEY ARE ******
I have cancelled my policy with this insurance company called Assupol but they keep on deducting my money from November when I called them they promised to refund the months they’ve been deducting it now June they making run arounds these people service is poor or they are ******

****MING PEOPLE PATHETIC SERVICE
Since last week Thursday i have log a claim for funeral for a famaly friend they are giving me a long stories now why they didn't tell me stories when i was paying them for three years
