I have had 3 bad experiences from the Markham agents call centers. They call and activate insurances that are not approved or discussed with them. They have deducted fees for Deathins, disabilityins and Retrenchins I am really disgusted by this behavior. They even call us constantly even at work
Previously I had a good service with Take a lot but this time around I experience nonsense of service. I returned a totally wrong order and the lady called Yolanda Mka wrote an Email to me saying they will never change the goods for me, - reason - none. She said on her Email I should respond to this email or they will keep the item at their stores for a year which after they will dispose it. What I ordered was Tentech 4 piece storage container set(Red) but they sent me a 3 piece white set container. I feel so furious and frustrated by the lady Yolanda Mka. She did not even respond to my email which I was replying to her. Takealot is slowly becoming a ****
In July 2025 I app**** for a router and and a cellphone contract with them, which after checking my finances , I decided to cancel with them. I received the items on the 25th of July and returned them within the 7days period, undamaged and the cancelation went through well. In August MTN debited from my account, I called both Mondo and MTN and Mondo consultant promised to escalate the matter and arrange for my refund which must happen in their 20 days cooling period. 20 days passed and on the 26th of August called Mondo again and was promised to be refunded in 21days on the 15th of September, another debit went through, called again and was told to wait for 14 days, today the 7th called Mondo again and the story changed, the lady said I owe MTN 9000 and she is unable to tell me why, I should call MTN and find out, as rude she was. Cut her off. Mondo is terrible, devious, evil, I would never recommend anyone to use it. They made me appear as a horrible payer to MTN. I am busy working this with MTN hoping for the best outcome, as for Mondo you are a terrible Company
This company is listed on my credit report, notified by the credit Bureaus this morning. I have not taken any account or service from them. May they please remove this nonsense from my credit profile. I hate companies that take advantage of innocent people. If they don't remove themselves now, I will report them to relevant bodies
I received a very wonderful service from Cindy Oosthuizen, she was so help with the spare wheel I needed. She also arranged the courier service for me. Received my parcel safe and sound. People on the move .
Do you know the rotational period with Drive. It was a very beautiful experience when they took the car I have been driving for a year and exchanging it freeeeeeeeeee, with a new model. took out a VodaLend Cash Advance which I repaid in full! VodaLend Cash Advance is provided by Nairtime South Africa. There isn't much information about this company available on the internet, which is already a red flag. I consulted my credit score and saw that I am listed as a defaulter by Nairtime. This is completely incorrect as I repaid the VodaLend Cash Advance in full and I have proof of that. My credit score is now damaged because of Vodacom and Nairtime. I sent an email to Nairtime, but they sent me to a chatbot which does not seem to have help
I had a Nairtime one month loan last year in February 2023 and paid up the loan. In April 2023 it appeared on my credit report as a defaulted payment. I contacted vodacom and rectified the mistake. In July 2024 it appeared again as defaulted payment whereas I have not taken the loan again and the account is said have been removed from being dormant to active. Please vodacom do jusgice in your service. Its so frustrating to deal with such nonsense once and twice is so disgusting as Im trying to fix my crefit report
