Exceptional service at Foschini Ballito Junction

I would like to commend the exquisite service I received yesterday at Foschini Ballito Junction, not only do those ladies offer excellent customer service but they put together an outfit for me in a few minutes while I was in dire crisis of a classy outfit, their fashion sense and outstanding customer service made my day so much easier. May they continue such having such commendable regard for other customers as well. A definite 10/10.

I would like to commend Pick n Pay Clothing at Ulundi Shopping Centre, particularly a gentleman by the name Wandile Khumalo. He is very friendly, wears a smile and assists without hesitation. He presents himself well, is respectful and does not compromise on providing quality customer service.

Commendable staff with terrible manager

I would like to commend the staff at Nandos Ulundi, their service is absolutely wonderful however I am highly disappointed by their manager or supervisor, he is rude and needs to fix his disgusting attitude, he is disgustingly terrible to staff and customers as well. I am a regular customer at Nandos Ulundi and I have seen his revolting attitude on numerous occasions.

Terrible service at Tigers Milk Ballito

I had the worst experience at Tigers Milk Ballito today,walked in at approximately 14H45 and the waiter attending to us introduced himself and only came back at 14H58,so we order our drinks and food,we waited and waited......and waited and at 15H20 we finally enquire why we are waiting for so long so they explain that their kitchen has a backlog on orders and we calm down and fully understand.At 15H30 we had to ask again why we are still waiting,what was surprising is that customers who came after us swiftly received their orders,we were offered drinks on the house as we waited and again we understood and waited a little more.At 16H05 we were still waiting and we decided to cancel the order and walked out at 16H10,so disappointed.

Alpine heath resort experience

What a beautiful place with so many problems, the staff is rude from reception to the kitchen. I was there for training and I wouldn't even book for leisure even if I had a gun to my head. The kitchen staff doesn't even greet you upon entry and in between meals they grab away your plate without even asking if you are done eating or not but a huge applause to the chefs and especially the head chef who walks around to check if the food is fine and is willing to attend to any dissatisfaction. The cleaning staff is no better, their cleaning is so poor, if you mistakenly left a sweet wrapping on the floor you will clean it up yourself when you get back. A shuttle service would be beneficial to the place in the case of elderly people and moms who wish to visit the place with their kids. Something has to be done about the heat, some air cons would do wonders because the heat in those rooms is unbearable and with the electricity going on and off the ceiling fans do no justice at all as they are noisy as well. The resort is beautiful but so many improvements can be made.

Worst service at Maxis Odyssey

So on Saturday my partner and I wanted something light and we went to Maxis Odyssey, on arrival the waitresses didn't even acknowledge that we were there and finally when one of them did,we noted that we wanted wings as a takeaway and being there for the first time ever,the waitress just left us the menu and walked off without even explaining any options available to us or specials they might have. A few minutes later after browsing through the whole menu we ordered 6 wings which also took forever and the ironic part is when a white guy approached their door,the waitresses jumped like they were seeing Santa on a Christmas morning so I came to a conclusion that good service is only reserved for a certain group or class of people at this restaurant.I was highly disappointed to such an extent that I never want to experience such service again,the staff require intense service training or better yet new staff who know what providing service in the hospitality industry means.

Rotten chicken at Shakaskraal KFC

KFC Shakaskraal has to have the worst service ever,their drive-thru is good as useless because you order at their drive-thru and still have to wait for your order at their front parking area and that is just the beginning of your nightmare,their chicken is always off and barely edible,a health inspector should walk in guns blazing in there because it's either there is fault with their refrigeration or they are plainly selling rotten chicken to people on purpose.
