Horrible customer service! I ordered at 09:44, I was informed my order would arrive in 40 minutes. I reach out to support, a consultant by the name Nonza Giwu who was taking so long to assist me. She first told me that the driver is outside, and I told her that that’s not what it’s showing on the app. Why lie to me? She ignored my messages and avoided accountability. So disappointing. I had to ask for my order to be refunded. Over 2 hours with no solution? Unacceptable
I got a missed call from Cartrack as I am listed as an emergency number on my partner's profile. I asked him if they called him, he confirms that they did, but he doesn't have airtime and asked me to call for him. I call and spoke to a very rude agent Dineo Mosepu who had no business in helping me or hearing me out. She just rushed to say she can't assist me as I'm not listed on the profile. How would I get a missed call if I'm not listed??? She did not even want to hear me. I'm glad the calls are recorded as proof! I called in a few minutes later and I was able to get assistance from a professional agent. So why could she not do what the other agent did? So unprofessional man!!!. People should stay at home if they don't want to work, worse if you're in customer service c'mon!!! Do better Dineo
What a horrible experience I’ve had with UPS. My parcel was supposed to be delivered by end of day on the 05th of December, at 18:45 I got a status update on my delivery via email saying that my parcel will be rescheduled for another day because the driver had mechanical issues. No communication whatsoever from the company during the day to at least let me know. In the morning of the 6th of December I check my status and it once again says it’s out for delivery. I called in and spoke to a lady just to make sure it will be delivered and for her to give me a rough estimate of when to expect the delivery, they tried to call the driver but he wasn’t picking up. She assured me that she will ask the driver to call me so that I know what time to expect him, he didn't. At 14:23 I check my status update and it says at 14:17 driver attempted delivery, which is not true because I was home the whole day and I received no missed calls. I quickly call in and I tell the guy and he says he will call the driver he is still in the area and he will come back and deliver my parcel. I call back after 30munutes to find out if they got hold of the driver, I spoke to Tinyiko who was not even willing to listen to what I’m saying. She tells me that the driver will deliver on the next business day, which is now on the 9th. I tell her that they said he would come back and deliver, only then does she listen and tells me that they did call the driver and he says he was already out of the area so he can’t come back. I don’t understand how the driver leaves the area in less than 5 minutes of when I made the call and when he “attempted” delivery. I asked Tinyiko to speak to one of the supervisors or managers available and she says he’s not available he will only be available after an hour. Also I don’t understand how there is only one supervisor or manager available for escalations? The manager’s name is Gabriel, I am yet to hear from him. What a horrible horrible experience I’ve had with them and no willingness to keep in contact with me or to assist me in my frustrations. Very poor service from UPS
What a nightmare!!! Called in on the 31st to report a *****, got a case number. This morning when I’m following up on my case the first consultant I spoke to from the ***** department was screaming at me basically implying that it’s my fault that my money got taken from my account. I thought FNB is the one that needs to make sure nothing happens to my money?? He didn’t even want to hear me and he hung up on me. I then called in again and spoke to a lady and she said I must call my network provider to get a report, also why is it my job to be calling and investigating?? Are they not supposed to do that and get back to me? At this point I need my money and need this stress lifted from me. What I experienced today was very poor service!!! Disappointing
