Booked my vehicle in for service for Saturday, get to Ford and my service was not booked through thier system

Shocking service
Created a store to door parcel on 24/11/2025, today is the 09/12/2025 and still has not been delivered, I spoke to the call centre and still nothing, what’s up chat line is pathetic, no help what’s so ever

Shocking backup service
Quick to do installation, but NO BACKUP SERVICE, No parts to even try and repair,, first fault took 14 days to eventually get repaired, not even 2 weeks later, another fault, and waiting AGAIN
