Misleading, ************* and poor communicators. Last word I heard from them was “order received” and that was on 22 October 2025. I have emailed, whatsapp, no response. I will never recommend or buy from them again.0 replies

Cape Union’s unhealthy relationship with Dawn Wing
The fact that these guys use Dawn Wing as their chosen courier actually says it all. I have launched complaint after complaint requesting a better courier service that actually, but they do not communicate with you as a customer. So after they get the money, they do not care. What a joke!0 replies

Parcel promise for delivery, has not been delivered
What a bunch of ****** and lairs. My parcel was - allegedly - ready to be delivered 5 times between 21 - 30 May (today) yet here I am writing this review! Nothing. After they promised delivery! So, the parcelhad not made it appearance … So how long before I call it theft?0 replies
