Poor online service from LU-MAY Online Shopping
Lu-may online shopping is very disappointing! Does not deliver in given time. Says 10-12 working days and after 2 weeks and asking for a delivery date, they only inform you then that they are " waiting for material that will take another 1 and 1/2 weeks!! Does not bother to communicate with unhappy customers Dragging feet to refund! Cancelled my order as it still has not been made! First ignored the requests via Whatsapp and e-mail, after more than a week still NO REFUND! I will definetaly not order online from them again!!!😡😡😡 Their Shop in PRETORIA, Jaqueline Dr is fantastic!! I would gladly by IN SHOP from the lovely owner there👌

Misleading, ************* and poor communicators. Last word I heard from them was “order received” and that was on 22 October 2025. I have emailed, whatsapp, no response. I will never recommend or buy from them again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH MISLEADING INFORMATION ON WEBSITE
Absolutely dissatisfied with my experience with @Lu-May Exclusive Wear. I purchased a bikini online under the impression that this is local brand and stock will be on hand. ONLY to find out after die payment was done... SURPRISE your order will take 8-12 working days!!! NOWHERE in the process of adding your item to the chart and check out point are you informed about the waiting period!! If you select the Door to Door delivery or Postnet to Postnet - NO WAITING PERIOD MENTIONED... But BELOW... Local pick up takes 5-8 working days? So OBVIOUSLY the door to door delivery had no waiting period and according to info is the beste option since I needed this bikini urgently for my vacation next week!! Only to get the surprise message AFTER PAYMENT was done... Your order will take 8-12 working days!!!!! With another message... Should your order be time sensitive you should contact them... Only to receive pathetic services now saying they did expedite my order it will now take up to 15 working days! This is a absolute JOKE!! No refund available... But only to be used as store credit! Absolutely disgusted with this service... We are encouraged to support locally but this is the service you get.... Top it all, clothing is bought from Shein... I could have gotten better service from them

SHOCKING SERVICE - DO NOT USE LU MAY EXCLUSIVE WEAR
I experienced shocking service from Lu May Exclusive Wear (clothing) and advise people NOT to use them. Each time I ordered from them I had problems with my order. Despite the website informing me the selected item was available in my size and in stock, it was only after I paid and completed the order that I was informed that one or two items from each order was not in stock or no longer available (no longer in production). In addition, I had a major issue with one of my returns. I logged a return on the 5th May 2021, but fell ill shortly thereafter and was unable to leave my home for 20 days. When I contacted this company with my special circumstance which could not be avoided, the informed me that the items could no longer be returned because : "it fell outside their 5 day return policy". I find this absurd, it was not failure to return the items due to neglect or laziness, but rather and unavoidable, unforeseen problem. The items are unused and still have their price tags attached. The shirts were also ordered as Small, but they are so loose and poorly fitted they look like a Large in size. I will never use this company again, and advise people to stay clear of them.

I experienced shocking service from Lu May Exclusive Wear (clothing) and advise people NOT to use them. Each time I ordered from them I had problems with my order. Arrogant, terrible customer service
Shocking, arrogant service. I will never shop with them again. I will be sure to tell all my friends about the terrible experience I have received. Zero communication, very arrogant.

GREAT SERVICE & GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS
I give them a thumbs up. Ordered very last min (first time buyer) and advised that its a urgent order that I needed it asap. I got the order delivered the very next day. The products looked great and good value for money. Keep it up . I would definitely buy from them again.
