Poor online service from LU-MAY Online Shopping

Lu-may online shopping is very disappointing!

Does not deliver in given time. Says 10-12 working days and after 2 weeks and asking for a delivery date, they only inform you then that they are " waiting for material that will take another 1 and 1/2 weeks!!

Does not bother to communicate with unhappy customers

Dragging feet to refund! Cancelled my order as it still has not been made!

First ignored the requests via Whatsapp and e-mail, after more than a week still NO REFUND!

I will definetaly not order online from them again!!!😡😡😡

Their Shop in PRETORIA, Jaqueline Dr is fantastic!! I would gladly by IN SHOP from the lovely owner there👌
