Lu-may online shopping is very disappointing! Does not deliver in given time. Says 10-12 working days and after 2 weeks and asking for a delivery date, they only inform you then that they are " waiting for material that will take another 1 and 1/2 weeks!! Does not bother to communicate with unhappy customers Dragging feet to refund! Cancelled my order as it still has not been made! First ignored the requests via Whatsapp and e-mail, after more than a week still NO REFUND! I will definetaly not order online from them again!!!😡😡😡 Their Shop in PRETORIA, Jaqueline Dr is fantastic!! I would gladly by IN SHOP from the lovely owner there👌
Had a first pair of Crocs Brooklyn low wedges that lasted 6 years! The last 2 pairs that I bought is made of a thinner material?! Black pair tore and it is not even a year old. I am not happy with the last to pairs bought! I will think twice before I spend money on another pair!
Bought a Dilongi Bean to coffee machine in Dec. Broke in March-still under waranty!! Were informed that Servicetech does the repairs. No friendly service, unprofessional. Had to courier to Sandton from Nelspruit Takes forever to answer their phones. Struggle to get info or feedback. Do not get back at you as they promised! Send invoice, but phoned me with a quote. Has not heard from them again! Still trying by phone, tried 3 x no one answers!! Really POOR SERVICE
