Amazing Service!
I had my window taken out by a stone from a **** eater last week Friday (20 March 2026) afternoon. I made a claim through my insurance and not even 10 minutes later it was approved and Glass Group got in touch with me and booked me in for today (23 March 2026). I was abit nervous, given the negative reviews on Hello Peter, I still thought I'd give the company a chance. Although it has been raining heavily for the last few days, and the technicians were a little late given the weather conditions out of their control, the two technicians who came out - fixed it within 20 minutes and did a phenomenal job. These two gentlemen were extremely polite and professional. My window is fixed and I am super happy. I 1000% recommend this company. Thank you for your work.

Sinaso has been of excellent service via our call when I was having issues with my internet connection. She was very patient with me even after I moaned and complained out of frustration. I thank her for her kindness and positive attitude, I couldn’t have asked for anybody else to take me through everything step by step. She explained every instruction and stayed on the call with me until the internet was restored. Thank you Sinaso! If I could give you a 100 stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
