Pathetic and disgusting service. *********** people is what they do. You pay a lot of money for a poor quality garment. And then they reject your return using their return policy which lacks integrity. I was told I can send the poor product back via email after I explained that I wore it once and washed it. They then come around and tell me I can't return it back because I washed. When they agreed in writing that I can. Rather buy from your local black owned shops.
I discovered that these people have been taking money from my airtime for at least 7 months for a subscription I never entered into. They agreed it was their fault and sent me a statement to show how much they took and since when. They promised to refund me in full. It has been 4 months not and they are giving me a run around. *****ulent network.
I bought alcohol on the Pick N Pay ASAP app, I was so disappointed to discover that ALL the alcohol was expired. I bought beer and cider, two six packs each. Immediately I called customer service for them to replace my order. I was told they could come collect the alcohol, take it to the shop to review and I should wait for an unconfirmed period of time to see if they can replace the alcohol or refund me. Alternatively, I should leave my house and go to the nearest Pick N Pay myself. Why am I using the app then? Because the reason we use it is so that we don't leave the comfort of our houses. And why is Pick N Pay selling expired alcohol in the first place? I urge you all to check the expiration date for Pick N Pay.
I hate to say that I had a really bad experience with the agency with regards to a refund. Firstly when I requested the refund and was told it will be processed immediately and the amount was confirmed. Three weeks later I follow up only to find out that it was not done and I had to submit a request again, take note that the English is not really something some of the agents are good at comprehending. Weeks later I call and am told the refund was processed, the amount is now half of what the initial agent told me it will be with penalties and airline fees. On top of that they refuse to send me proof of payment, they say the refund was processed by the airline. To make matters worse, the airline tells me that the agency is lying to me, they do not process third party refunds as the booking was not made directly through the airline but through the agency. Our experiences might not be the same but I myself do not recommend this agency and I feel their staff is not properly trained. Lakshmi and Muskan are one of them. You would never believe the false information they shared with me with regard to refunds. Which I do on a daily basis in my work.
I think all of us should leave TymeBank. I blame myself for staying with them since I have always had issues. A Debit Hold has been placed on my account. Spent hundreds of Rand's calling their useless call centre. Was placed on hold for an hour and decided to drop the call. No one has the decency to call one back. They are withholding my money and no one has an answer as to why. Let's all ***cott and leave this joke for a bank.
