Debonairs pizza Vermeulen
Debonairs pizza has the worst service ever and they don’t care when customers complain! A rotten pizza was delivered to me! Second time around they took my money and order was never delivered! Today they took my money again and never delivered. Their call centre does not care at all. They will keep you on the line for a very long time so you hand up!!! Worst experience from Debonairs Pizza Vermeulen

Dialdirect at it again with their poor service delivery at claim stage!!! They are very quick with sales but claims?? You literally need to chase after them!

Bad experience
Dial direct has been waiting for final costing for a job done in Nov 2024 and ARC still has not sent it which delays the 3rd party recoveries!

Dial direct bad experience
Dial direct will tell how you about “getting back to you” which never happens! I do not recommend this insurance company at all. My claim process has been hell.
